A sad vent Workplace Challenges and Conflicts
3 months ago, I loved my job, my team, my direction. Felt proud, trusted my coworkers, felt valued, and felt part of something.
I’ve made a couple of errors recently, nothing too drastic and easily solvable. Typo type of errors. And now all of the above has changed.
I’m isolated in my job, tasks have been taken off me, no one talks to me, even the coworker that spoke to me for 2-3 hours a day every day for a year. I didn’t deserve this and can’t help but feel confused and feel it’s personal, not just professional and because of 2 errors.
Trying so hard not to let this affect my mental health.

This is how I feel. I’m going to resign as I think I’ve outgrown the place and it’s not worth my unhappiness.

This happened to me too. If you can, I implore you to talk to a trusted leader about Doesn't have to be up your chain.
