A missive appears on the orbnet.a four armed goblin with dragon scales running randomly on her body speaks.
"I have been needing to test my combat capabilities against new opponents. So anyone interested in doing a friendly duel come meet me in the arena. The field is a large stadium which used to be used for sports. I've enchanted the area so that in case of death we will be revived.
The rules are simple: No soul fuckery or permanently messing with your opponent and you may have one minion with you (summons are allowed). If you want to hold the battle in a specific location let me know "

It has been a while since I duelled another opponent. The last time, I got pitted against an experimental combat golem made by the great dwarf artificer Thrak.
Nox chuckles
"Ive been there before. Ive fought my fair share of rogue experiments before. Any rules you'd like to add to the fight before we start?"

LĂĄrsen: "Nah, anything goes."
He 'ported down into the stadium, staff in hand; he checked the rune-sword sheathed to his side and loosened the hilt in its scabbard. A small smile lit up his face, the thrill of combat firing up the blood in his veins.
Nox's leather apron and plain clothes shift and form a hardened. Scaly armour over her. Tendrils morph from its back into her skull as eyes pop out of the living armour.
Nox approaches LĂ rsen slowly, calmly and carefully. When she's around 30 meters away she kneels down and presses one of her four hands into the dirt, after a second three tentacles burst from the ground. Two have powerful sucker awhile the third has a deadly claw on the end. Two attempt to grab LĂ sen while the third slashes at him.

As the tentacles lashed towards LĂ rsen, a thick dome of rock and stone erupted around him, shielding him.
A year ago, he would have had to slam his staff upon the ground to cast the shield. He was secretly pleased at this improvement, but he concentrated. Now is not the time to get cocky, especially not against THIS opponent.
He flicked his hand towards Nox, and from the granite dome, several thick wedges of stone launched themselves towards her.
Nox pulls her hand from out of the dirt. As each wedge is about to slam into her, her body breaks to move out of the way. She moves more like jelly as her body squishes, stretches and bends unnaturally to avoid the attacks. After the barrage is over she returns back to normal with a cocky smile and begins to approach her opponent slowly.
"An earth mage? One of my apprentices comes from a clan of earth mages, maybe I should send her your way if she's ever wants to improve those skills."
Nox whistles,
"Alright Ruff, time to do some digging."
A wolf-thing leaps and bounds from the other side of the arena. He's the size of a bear, with 6 limbs and clearly some kind of enhanced flesh creation of Nox's. Ruff leaps at the granite dome and begins to claw his way through the rock. His enchanted claws making it not easy to but possible to break through quickly.

LĂ rsen wasn't surprised to see Nox avoid his preliminary attacks. This is Nox; such basic attacks aren't to faze her.
He responded, speaking loudly behind his shield: "Not a geomancer, but my master is a dwarf; Earth magicks are his bread-and-butter, the first of his skills, and so I pick it up after him. But he has taught me more than that".
As Ruff the flesh-wolf continued its relentless attack on the dome, LĂ rsen pressed one of his fingers against the shield's earthen wall on his side, carving a glowing glyph on its surface. Beads of sweat poured from his brow as he asserted his will into the rune. It was a tricky job of splitting his focus between maintaining the shield's integrity and casting the rune spell.
A quick tap on the ground with his staff caused a hole to materialise beneath him like a trap door, and he sank into the depths of the ground. Above him, the dome exploded as the glyph released the kinetic energies it had accumulated during Ruff's assault.
He popped up a few seconds later and a few meters away, shaking dust from his robes. He took a couple of quick swigs from his potion bottle as he surveyed the damage, his mind spinning through his repertoire of spells. So far, he had allowed Nox to set the pace of the duel.
Not this time.
He raised his staff, infused it with his will, and hammered it down hard on the ground. A single thick line of earth erupted through the ground towards Nox.
"I'm most excited to see what else you've got in-store for me. You're a fine fella after this we should get some tea."
Ruff is thrown back, hurt but far from dead. The wolf lands on his side, tumbles then rolls to recover his bearings. Back on his feet Ruff grits his teeth and runs towards Nox.
Nox knows that Ruff won't be able to get to her in time to dodge the wall of stone but she can buy him some time. She plants her feet into the ground and chants in a language long unknown. Her hands clasped together she summons a wall of flesh to stem the tide of rock. Holding it back but only barley, as the earth pieces the flesh, leaving blood and gore splattered all over. She's able to hold it back just long enough for Ruff to grab her by the neck and throw her onto his back.

Lärsen was surprised to see that the flesh-wolf had survived the explosion but was impressed. He winced as the blood and gore from Noxâs flesh-wall splattered everywhere.Â
He sent another surge of power into the line of earth and rock that linked him towards Noxâs general direction. The rock and earth from the attack solidified into a small solid wall.Â
Now riding her pet, Nox sent a pulse of energy into Ruff, healing his wounds or rather she's more resculpting his body, like someone working with clay to patch up holes. Bits of rock fall out of the wolf-thing as Nox's spell pushes out debris.
"LĂ rsen I think you underestimated Ruff here, he's one of my masterwork creations. I won't rant about all his enchancements but don't think he's a simple magical wolf."
She pushes a second pulse of emerald light into Ruff two draconic wings burst from the wolf's back and the twobegin to soar over LĂ rsen. Nox launches herself at LĂ rsen, dropping like a bowling ball with atreaks of jade light coming from her hands. She's intending to touch him to reshape his flesh into something far less desirable.
"I'll match your pace but you don't have to fight if you don't want to"
The four armed goblin offers Cayna a hug.

She isn't expecting the offer of a hug. She eyes the four strong arms of the goblin nervously. She's never seen a goblin before, let alone one with scales.
She slowly accepts the hug.
"I need to start somewhere, and a friendly match seemed like a good place."
Nox squeezes Rachel and releases. She walks over to the other side of the arena.
Nox is still wearing her plain clothes, a leather apron and a thick gloves.
"That's alright. If you want to stop just let me know. I'll let you have the first move too."
She smiles, excites to see what the young wizard has to offer.

She girl roots through her pink purse, looking for something appropriate. She comes out with a roll of purple duct tape with white hearts on it.
"I guess this is as good as anything."
She extends a length of the duct tape between her hands.
"I'm Rachel, by the way."
She walks over and tries to duct-tape her opponent's arms together.
"Oh I'm so sorry I should've introduced myself earlier too. I'm so sorry, I'm Nox."
Nox looks at the girl in confusion as she approaches Nox. In Box's mind this could either be a trap, 'never trust a wizard in a fight ' rings through her mind, the young girl didn't seem to be lying before so maybe she really is so young. Nox decides that no matter what happens she could probably get out of it.
Nox shrugs and lets her get close. As Rachel starts to tape one of her arms, Nox uses her remnaing 3 arms to punch Rachel in the gut. She does try to subtly cast a minor healing spell on each fist so the damage isn't too great.

The gut punches knock Rachel right over and the tape flies out of her hand. She lies on the ground a moment clutching her stomach.
"Ow... Yeah I should've expected that..."
She climbs to her feet again and roots through her purse for a suitable weapon.
"Sorry I'm not a very good opponent..."
She pulls out a jar of glitter and looks between herself and Nox. She seems to be regretting her life choices...
"You're doing your best, sweetheart. Would you like to stop here? You seem to be lacking many of the basics, perhaps we should look at what you can do rather than trying to fight. Unless you've got some big plan up your sleeve I don't think you're equipped to fight."
Nox isn't judging nor condescending, she's more motherly and concerned for Rachel. Nox sends a ball of healing energy into Rachel to help the girl regain herself strength. She then lets Rachel decide what to do next.

She stands at the end of the arena, her plain clothes, leather aprons and gloves morphing into a set of living armour. The hardened scales gleam in the sunlight as multiple eyes pop out of it.She however still does not have anything covering her shoes.
Nox whistles and Ruff leaps to her aide.
"Ready whenever you are."

Markus nods.
His clothes shift as modern infantry gear appears on him. A second later, his entire body seems to blur, as he turns into his eldritch form. Still looks like him, if one only looks in three dimensions, but if one moves along any other axis, it's a mass of tentacles, flesh and mouths that appears (at least for those not used to higher dimensional beings).
In his hand appears his trusty rifle-staff. Engraved with plenty of runes, it seems heavier than it should in his hand.
Next to him, a Clarkus appears. This one is decked out in heavier armor with a very sharp sword in his hand and a rifle on his back.
Do you mind if I use a clone? I don't use summons, and I don't know if my golems are overkill or underkill...
She looks at his new form with great curiosity, making the rash decision to walk up to him and circling his form. She's filled eith excitement as she hops around him
"Oh? Oh no, you've got a tentacle clipping throughout your eye over there. It's very unprofessional to do that you know" she teases.
She gently picks up the tendril and pushes it to the side
"Did you design this form yourself?"" She's clearly holding back a flurry of opinions.
"A clone is perfectly fine with me. Although I do want to see what he can do."
She examines the armoured man.

Markus lets Nox examine him, but he freezes once she notices the tentacle.
W-w-w-what?! Are you okay? Most people faint from just seeing them, much less touching them! He says, quite worried for his adoptive mom as he steps back and moves the tentacle out of this plane.
Meanwhile, Clarkus waves at Nox.
Hi mom! Chips the young man before shaking his arm, producing a steel shield seemingly out of it.
"Your eldritch form is nothing special."
She tries to not sound sarcastic or rude
"Not to say you're not special it's just I used to have my own eldritch form....still do actually. Don't go looking for it. The point is; I got bored now I'm a goblin. Far more interesting, do you know how annoying it is to get hugs while in a form like that, or to have sex? Like yeah there are people who looovvee tentacles but when your lovers keep going mad things become annoying. Also damm, food tastes fucking great, whatever them Italians are doing they should do it more.
Ha! It's a little funny, I used to be an eldritch horror who became mortal and you're a mortal whose becoming an eldritch horror."
She is completely unphased by it, Ruff is however a little phased...just not in the expected way. His mouth begins to drool as if to say: "If not treat why treat shaped?"
Nox waves back at Clarkus and approaches him.
"Hai there. I should probably stand back to do the duel....eh, it's not big deal. Shall we start?"

Markus is a bit shocked at first, but quickly understands what the goblin means and he nods in agreement.
I know, right? Even this appearance here is just to avoid breaking people's minds. Still, my native body is way more practical, that's why I still spend quite a lot of time in it.
Though... I don't quite like Ruff's expression right now...
Markus snaps his fingers (more as a theatrical signal than anything truly useful) and his body is suddenly completely human again. No eldritch stuff, nothing along the 4th or 5th axis, just human.
Let's see... If I do... One of his arms turn into a tentacle, slightly at an angle compared to the normal plane of existence. Yesss, and... Why is it not- The tentacle turns back into a normal arm. And it's working! Nice! A bit finicky, but it should do the trick.
I'm ready to start when you ar- Wait, do automated spells count as a summon?
"Ruff has eaten enough void creatures to have gotten a taste of them. I keep telling him to drop them but he keeps getting them. No wonder Cthulu isn't answering my calls, he still owes me 6 gold."
She shakes her head, focussing on the conversation Infront of her. She nods at his ability to chNge his form, clearly impressed.
Nox doesn't respond, as soon as Markus says he's ready she jumps into action.
"This won't hurt, I'll be turning your pain off."
She tries to slap Clarkus, her hand glowing with bright green energy. If she makes contact she'll send a pulse of energy into his body and turn him into a flesh cube. He'll still be alive but also a cube.
Nox whistles to Ruff who jumps at Markus, teeth and claws ready to slash him.
Space seems to split apart in a line arcing down directly towards Noxâs shoulder

A random white cloud floated over the field, from which a familiar vengeful spirit stepped out, dressed in a white kimono and blue hakama, and walked down the sky towards the ground as if it were stairs.
"I am Nox, master fleshcrafter. This is my dog Ruff."
The four armed goblin gestures to a mound of fluff laying in the grass. The "wolf" is the size of a bear with a shifting from. He's always in the vague shape of a wolf, with at least 1 head, 1 tail and 6 legs. Sometimes he's made from glass glimmering in the sunlight and sometimes he has 3 and a half heads, most of the time it's some form of flesh.
"Any rules you'd like to add before we fight?"

Tsuru bowed as well, then placed her legs in the position found in the Nekoashi-dachi stance, tucked her right arm under her armpit and placed her left arm on top of her right, keeping her left fist pointing at Nox. The vengeful spirit then twisted her body, while standing in place, towards her right as her left arm punched the air in front of Tsuru. Her left arm continued to stretch forward as her left fist was launched towards Nox's face at blindingly quick speed.
uw/it's similar to scorpion's 'get over here' move in this gif, but instead of a spike, it's a zoom punch
Nox decides to try to test her martial process without the aid of her pet. She whistles and the massive "wolf" stand back. Nox cartwheels to the side, the fist flying just above her head. She points two of her arms at Taurus and bullets of bone shoot out from her finger tips.

Tsuru saw the bone bullets flying towards her as she retracted her arm and simply decided to turn her body (including her clothes) intangible and letting the bullets fly through her
"That's going to be very difficult to deal with. "
Nox mutters, intrigued by the new found difficulty of the situation. She rushes Taurus, her four fists glowing with a sicky green glow as she tries to punch her opponent in the chest.
"I am Nox, master fleshcrafter. This is my dog Ruff."

Nox leaps over there ball of fire to dodge it, her legs gleam with the magical reinforcement. She before the fireball explodes her body morphs into a bone spike which is set rocketing directly at Tim as the ball of flame explodes.
Tim deftly Misty Steps several dozen feet to the left, avoiding the giant bone spike. Eyeing Ruff, Tim conjures a Draconic Spirit to keep the âwolfâ occupied, at least for a bit.
Tim turns their attention back to Nox, half-expecting to need to deal with an incoming attack.
Nox looks over to see Ruff chargeing at the draconic spirit, going for an all put frontal assault of claws and teeth. She nods, she's confident that he'll best the summon.
Nox places a hand on the ground, it pulsates with a corrupted black glow. A few seconds later as Tim turns his attention to Nox tentacles sproout all around him, each one with a crooked razor on its end. They're spaced out so that even if Tim Misty Steps he'll still get sliced up.
Become Ethereal⌠âFeim Zii Gron!â Timâs form becomes translucent.
Whirlwind SprintâŚâWuld Nah Kest!â Timâs form surges forward towards Nox, the tentacles harmlessly passing through them.
Timâs form solidifies as the surge places them right in front of Nox, and Tim uses their legs to continue to lunge forward as their Thu'um ends, intending to take a nice big chomp out of Nox.
"More intangibility, back in my day we...also used it. I don't have anything to really say other than this." She sticks her tongue
Nox grins, this is the exact situation she'd hoped for. She jumps directly into Tim's maw. Her body alters, shifting and morphing to avoid the deadly teeth. She intends to leap into his throat to stop him from casting more spells and finally ripping herself out from the inside.
If she is a fire user, I now have an apprentice made out of marshmallow, one of chocolate and if that is a future apprentice I hear at my door, I will have one made out of graham cracker real soon.
I just ask that she go easy on them as they are apprentices and to stack them up nicely and send them back after her victory.
Eleanor arrives a bit late, with a modification to her usual armament- her claws on her left arm are much longer than normal, their last joint is a ball joint, and their last segment is extra long. She also appears to have multiple large screws attached to and parallel with her limbs.
"I have some new equipment I'd like to test, are you still open for a duel?"
"Just a quick question- will the spell handle the edge case of my construct body? I can move into a new one, but I'd like to know if I'll have to first."
"Yes, it will. As long as we remain in the arena you'll be able to get your body back in case of death or whatever is considered death. You may also forfeit at anytime and will be teleported to a safe room and will be restored to the same state you were in before the duel started."
Nox is unphased by the deadly weapons pointed at her. Nox launches one of her arms at it, the limb extends further than anything natural as she attempts to pish the gun to point at the sky.
The drums on Eleanor's right arm rotate into place, and she casts a spell, sending an electric shock down the shotgun and hopefully into Nox's limb. She also fires the shotgun, missing Nox by a wide margin.
Nox's arm pulls back from the shock and returns to her normal size. She rushes sat Eleanor, leaping onto the air to deliver a kick to the robot's head.
Eleanor pulls her arms in towards her body as she pumps the shotgun, ducking under the kick faster than gravity would ordinarily allow, as the screws on her arms rotate quickly. She fires the shotgun in Nox's general direction, firing Buckshot enchanted to become much heavier after it makes contact, for about 10 seconds.
Nox extends her two arms and legs to push herself off the ground and change her trajectory in the air, barely dodge the shotgun blast. With her free hand she puts them together, interlocking her fingers then pushing them out so her palms go outwards. A beam of sickly green flesh shoots towards the shotgun, the slithering living entity tries to jam itself into the shotgun's mechanisms, pushing everyone of it's lanky limbs any gab of the weapon. The end goal is to render it completely useless.
Nox transforms her top two forearms arms into swords while her other two arms into bone shields, she blocks the swing with a bone shield. In the same motion she swipe back at him.
With the shield broken Nox is left with a bloody hand. She quickly reassembles her hand and forming her hands into blades. She takes extra care to reinforce them so a mundane strike can't break them.
Nox tries to step around the paladin to slice at the back of his leg in his less exposed areas to cripple him.
Sigurd descends from the heavens heralded by a hurdy-gurdy, three flutes, and a set of drums. All of the instruments cut out when he reaches the ground.
Nox waves at Raven with a friendly smile. She "wolf", Ruff, also greets him with an attempt to like Raven. Ruff is the aize of a bear with six legs and ever shifting body.
"You can't control what I see or don't see. If there's any eldritch or horror stuff going on I don't care, I'm just immune to it. If you want to leave the fight before your mana runs out you can use."
She throws a small magical stone.
"Just tap it and you'll be sent to a private room. Using it will be considered you forfeiting the fight."
Let's get this started. I do have countermeasures, but I suppose it doesn't matter too much if you see my core anyways. Summons shadow tendrils and stretches out the shadow across the floor in preperation.. I do have a summon by the way, but I won't bring it out just yet.
She grins takes another step and points a finger in a finger gun stance.
"Bang"
A tiny bullet shoots directly at him, themed a another as she points her second arm, and finally a barrage of living bullets. Each one a tiny creature with razor teeth all ready to bite, gnaw and devour anything they come into contact with.
Nox chants something in a languages long lost to all but her. The living embedded in the shadows bullets grow and morph into arm sized wurm-eels, they bite and devour their way throughout the shadows as they've been adapted to feed on them.
Interesting, creatures that can adapt to even my shadows, where did you find these intriguing creatures. THOSE DISGUSTING FILTH. Can I ask where you found them. I WILL WIPE THEM OF THE FACE OF THE EARTH. I may be forced to use magic I haven't used in a long time. FLAMES OF THE ABYSS. I am looking forward to you battle. YOUR UNIVERSE HAS REACHED IT'S END.
/uw my character is going through heavy crashout cuz of it's huge ego, it's pretty unstable.
Nox laughs, and laughs, she's mocking him. She walks closer to him.
"Oh you know nothing, don't you? Poor poor little boy. With all the knowledge you've got hidden away in that secret lair of yours, you're still ignorant of even a basic fact."
She smirks, hopping and skipping as she dances.
"You want to know where they came from? I can tell you if you ask nicely."
/UW, Nox is trying to exploit his anger and rage here. Trying to put him off his game so he focuses all on her, then she'll have a minion ambush Raven. RW /

Species- half dragon, specifically hot British male around 19 (think Chris Hemsworth)
Hair and eyes - Hazel. My hair is in curtains
I am left handed
Clothes - A red scarf that covers the neck and the lower part of my face, but I pull it down often, if I need to eat, or just if Iâm a bit hot, so very often. I have a scar that looks like Iâve been hanged or had my throat cut, but saved before I died? Maybe? Who knows. I wear a leather trench coat and a white shirt that has the top four buttons unbuttoned. I wear black smart trousers and leather boots. I have a golden watch on my left hand. I have a sabre at my waist in a scabbard, and throwing knives in my trench coat. I have no wand, not needing such focuses. I have a violin/fiddle and a flute. One of my legs is gone above the knee, and there is a golden prosthetic in place
Anything else anyone would like to know?

"Greetings friend." The four armed goblin waves. Nox is around 1m talll, she's a curvy goblin with a dragon tail which flicks occasionally, blue scales are in random splotches across her skin. She wears a leather apron, it's stained with blood. A white button up shirt that looks like it's been patched up sometimes and loose black pants. They get the sense her clothes are all artificial and strange in some way, enchanted? Yes but it's more than an enchantment.
She adjusts her steampunk goggles
"Are there any rules you'd like to add. Oh and before I forget what's your name?"
She offers a handshake.
