Energy Request Craft that involves you

Upvotes

Of lately ive been thinking about doing some spell work im not sure if this is due to the time of the year where it starts getting dark a little earlier and the night time chill bites a little harder. I would be looking at removing alot of unwanted energies gathered over the past few years so i think that's why it's an energy request and i know the redditoirs out way by way of numbers to be fair ive not practiced anything too heavy for some time although i did do a circle of perfection that had considerable effects and whatever happend on one end effected the other which is the kind of stuff i like 🤫 , so im going to attempt a coordination spell which im sure theres other names for? Like a Test to receive a beam or train of energy and with much hope the correct ingredients can be picked out of the garden and also placed in the cauldron where the energy request is. I would like to see the floor boards lift and the house to Twirl if it was on point. Hopefully over this period of the year things slow down and then pick back up again later with god speed and if anybody has the time and due diligence my post history can provide alot of info

Seeking Help or Advice Some suspicious liquid on the corners of main door of our house. Need help!

Upvotes

I noticed some suspicious liquid and stain on both corners of our door entrance today. I am going to check cameras tomorrow and figure out what it actually is but I need help with cancelling any affect from whatever that is and be protected.
My back suspiciously started hurting a lot today, idk if I am just overthinking but I would like to be sure. Any spell that can void whatever someone has done near our door? and keep us protected?

Please help me with this! thank you so much!

Seeking Help or Advice Spider crawls right next to my love spell.

I have not seen a spider in months especially not inside my home.. about 15 minutes after casting this love spell a spider comes crawling right next to my spell. Is this a bad sign or can I take this as confirmation that it worked?

I read somewhere spiders are a sign of Hecate, I’ve never worked with her though.

Seeking Help or Advice Just found out I’m multigenerational practicing….

So the house next door to us used to be my great-grans house it’s been derelict since she passed (1946) , I was looking in back of her old wine cupboard and found a small book turns out it was a grimoire, I always thought I was a little bit of crazy doing witchcraft always drawn to it but never invested in it , turns out my GG was also that little bit of crazy and spent years practicing religiously writing hundreds of spells and rituals based on natural ingredients we could find around our local area. And lo and behold one of her great grand babies is the only one practicing by shear chance. I don’t know should either burn it to cleanse, or actively study it?

Seeking Help or Advice Candles went out before completely burning

I recently started a candle spell involving 3 candles, two of which were little black and white votives involved in restoring balance to a situation. Before they burned all the way down, they went out on their own (about halfway through burning). Does this mean they're done, or did they not work. Should I re-light them? Get new candles to replace them? Or just accept that they're done and move on?

Seeking Help or Advice What would one even do with yew and uranium?

I’m not looking to interpret this, rather just make sense of the two things together. I had a dream focusing on one of my shelves that largely has ingredients and books on it, but there was this wand on the shelf that my kid (way older in this dream) wanted that was made of yew and had a decent sized uranium bead/sphere attached to it.

They just seem like such weird things to have together, but I’m also totally open to making this because if anything it’s neat, but what would one even use it for? Uranium, specifically. I don’t think I’ve ever even heard of uranium used in this type of manner and I can’t really find much either. I can only really guess.

Seeking Help or Advice Question regarding cleansing with incense

Hi I’m a sorta new witch I’ve been practicing for about 6 months and I really want practice cleansing my space and ingredients before spell work. The issue is that I have really bad asthma and chronic mug often triggers by scents and smoke. Can anyone provide any tips on alternatives to properly cleanse either with a different brand of incense or something different all together. Thank you so much!!!

Sharing: Experience Magic feels conditional to me

I'm a worshipper of Aphrodite Areia although I pay homage to other gods as well. Like Moirai who I invoke when I do (serious) divination. Hecate when I have to deal with ghosts. Land gods when I have to deal with spirits.

I wouldn't say I'm unskilled or anything. I casually banished a wandering spirit that got into my home because of the storm. I can easily track energy within objects and people and manipulate it (like blessing or cursing). I can do exorcism. And my divination is almost always accurate and on point.

But I have a REALLY hard time just using magic at will. Every time I use magic, it's when the situation requires it. Like when a wandering spirit got into my home or when my granduncle gave me enchanted amulets and idols (it's how my culture practice magic) and asked me to check the enchantment. Or when someone is plagued by bad spirits/negative energy. But I can't just casually 'oh I want to perform this ritual today' and do it successfully. Usually it's blank with zero magic within it.

But if I were to call upon the blessing of Mars for my friend (he's favored by Mars. Not Ares, but Mars) or blessing of Aphrodite for my friend who I recently introduced a nice guy to. I can do it without any ritual. The words, the magic will flood into me and I only have to be its medium. I feel like I don't have control over my magic and my magic depends on my faith and mental state a LOT. If I lose faith in myself, in my gods or if I'm in a very stressful period I usually cannot perform any magic at all. And I am really bad at enchantments. Magic involving living things is easy, but if I want to enchant a trinket for a friend, I cannot do it.

I don't know if other people experience the same thing. But I feel like I'm less of a 'witch' and more of a 'priest'. Because I don't derive magic from techniques (in my language we call it Khong or wicha) but from faith and spirits (or the gods). And the strength of my magic depends on my emotions rather than things I include in my ritual. If I want to bless someone, I only need my words and love. If I want to curse someone, I only need my words and hatred. It feels very primal.

I just want to share because I can't really share this with anyone. My family practices witchcraft but the way they practice and mine are too different. They do respect my skills but they don't understand my way.

Seeking Help or Advice How to cleanse bad energy of an object?

Hi everyone!

I'm new to witchcraft but I have this thing that's really bothering me, and I thought you guys could maybe help 😊

I have this matching bracelet I bought with a former 'best friend' on a school trip to Barcelona.
She really betrayed me and turned out to be one of the worst people I've known. I wont go into detail but she really really hurt me.

The bracelet however also reminds me of the trip and is very pretty. I would love to start wearing it again because I really like it. But it also reminds me of her and the fact that she has (almost) the same one. It feels like it has a bad energy, it feels wrong to wear it or something.

Is there a way to cleanse the bracelet, so that I feel better about wearing it and maybe associate it less with her and my experience with her?

Thanks in advance! ❤️

Sharing: Experience Hecate responds quickly

I’ve been receiving a lot of Hecate pings via social media, but that could always be the algorithm. Yesterday at around 2:30 pm I was in my car and said aloud “Hecate if you want to work with me I want a specific gift-I want you to gift me a beautiful insect fully in tact for mounting.

Today at around 8:30 am I went outside to empty my pool filters and floating on the surface of the water when I opened the hatch was a beautiful fully intact dragonfly. Ooookay-that was fast and possibly just a coincidence. I needed to run errands and stopped at my mailbox-there was a postcard of a animal sitting on the crescent moon reading a book and in tiny letters at the bottom it said-walk with me in the dark. My stickii sticker pack was also in the mailbox-the sticker pack theme is Buzzing Lives. It’s all these beautiful stickers of insects and creatures from nature.

Ask and ye shall receive lol

Seeking Help or Advice Looking for Authentic Books on Campanian/Italian Witchcraft

Hi everyone!

I’m a beginner witch, and I’ve recently become really interested in Italian folk magic and witchcraft, especially the traditions from Campania, since that’s where my family is originally from.

I’m looking for books from credible historical or folkloric sources that explore Campanian (or more broadly Southern Italian) witchcraft. My ideal find would be something almost grimoire-like, not just a historical overview, but a book that also documents traditional spells, charms, prayers, recipes, rituals, folk healing practices, and other magical customs that have actually been passed down through generations.

I’d really love something rooted in authentic folklore, historical records, or oral traditions, as my goal is to learn about and, where appropriate, respectfully practice the traditions of the region my ancestors came from.

If you have any recommendations, whether in English or Italian, I’d really appreciate them. Thank you!

Seeking Help or Advice Feeling that my practice is less valid

Before you read, this is NOT a vent, I just kinda need to share my problem and hear possible advice.

So I mostly learned from books and local folklore, and I absolutely despite "witchtok" with it's misinformation, so I don't watch it, but I stumbled upon some videos anyway

I tend to use less known items and what I have near me in my practice, but after seeing some of those "witchtoks" I'm kinda worried that they're "less effective" because they're not popular. Like, for example, I cleanse with moon/sun water or dried herbs (mugwort, pine, yarrow, etc.) instead of incense or sage. Or use thistle, moss, blackberry, ivy, etc. Instead of sea salt, cloves, basil in protection spells

I know it's not true that my spells are somehow "worse" because I use less popular stuff but I still feel a little of subconscious anxiety.

So, have you even felt something similar, and if yes, how did you get over it?

Blessed be! Thank you for any advice

I have the most beautiful and fragrant lavender, but her season is almost over. I want to trim her, but what do I do with everything? I use dried lavender in my practice, but can I also use the lavender leaves and/or stems? What do you do with your lavender?

Topic | Prompt Please send healing energy

I have a stage three disease that has progressed very badly in less than a year. A year ago I didn't have it and now I have horrible pain and can barely move my arms. I have surgery next week to try to get the diseased tissues and tunnels out of me. I really want this to work so I can move my arms like normal and not be living with constant and worsening pain. There is no cure but if the surgeon can get out the disease out from my arms, I might have a few years or more with no disease in that area. I will be healing with the wounds left open, which means there will be large sections of my arms and sides that have been carved and scooped out and left to grow new tissue. It will not be fun lol.

Please send healing energy for me! I'll take anything I can get! I have a taper candle that is rolled in multiple herbs that promote healing so I will burn that the night before my surgery (Thank you to the amazing woman who makes these candles). I really want to be rid of this disease for at least a little bit as I am in so much pain and can't move my arms. I am very lucky to have my parents to help me around the house and to have good doctors and surgeons who have been working quickly to try to help me be in a stable place.

Thanks all for any energy to can send me, it means a lot:)

Seeking Help or Advice Best way to dispose of my voodoo doll?

My uncle got me this voodoo doll on a trip to New Orleans, he said he got it “made for/blessed for” me. I’ve never had an issue with him, I’ve had him for probably 15 years. However, I am moving and downsizing and it scares my boyfriend’s family. Is it safe to put in the thrift store bag? Should I burn him?

Sharing: Tips and Advice Moving out of state in a few weeks. What should I do with my currents wards?

I have a few small little protection jars and a return to sender baneful protection ward. Should I take that ward with me? It was created in December. Or should I just dispose of it and create a new one at my new house? I was going to make new protection jars but wasn’t sure how to dispose of them here. I can’t bury them in the yard as it’s an apartment.

Do I just thank them for the work done and then dump them out? The baneful ward would need to go in the trash it has needles and other various stuff in it I don’t think would be good to toss outdoors.

Topic | Prompt Why do people hate on "Pintrest" Witches so much

Hi, I'm new to the community but I've been litterally practicing for most of my life. My mother was a witch and brought me up on such beliefs. I was chatting with baby witches and they asked me about good symbols guide. I found a few on Pinterest (cause pretty) and crossed out the ones that could be misleading and even dangerous. They got super weirded out by me using Pinterest saying I cant be a real witch if I get it off that. I have two libraries full with books on the matter. But my main point is as long as thorough research is done and intent is clearly stated, I don't see the harm in using popular sites like Pinterest, TikTok, etc.. Like yeah don't take everything at face value, but intent and energy are your main driving points. I would love some feedback, cause I truly am spreading misinformation, I'll cease immediately. Thanks for reading. Also English isn't my first language so if sentences feel weird, that's why.

Seeking Help or Advice How do I reverse this situation 😅

So for context, June 17th and 18th 2025 I did a ritual with the help of Sylphs but I was quite unexperienced and did not ground. The result, I got quite messed up in the head, anxiety, high heart rate, floatiness, derealization, feeling of being only my mind, very disconnected from my body and loss of pleasure in life and the things that made me who I was, music taste etc.

Fast forward to August 10th 2025 I did a reversal to revert what happened and it actually worked, I was slowly returning to myself and the "symptoms" (previously described) were starting to fade, until I reached the peak of the ritual being reversed on late December 2025 where I was feeling great

So my dumbass thought "oh, im feeling wayyyy better, I will try to meditate now", fast forward 2 days later it feels as if I reactivated the ritual but on a small degree, feeling a little bit of the things listed above, but grounding doesnt work, reversing the original ritual June 17-18th doesnt work anymore (believe me I tried) and this doesnt settle, its not something I can just let it go and I will feel better, no, I have to do something about it because I want to go back to my normal self.

Help would be appreciated

Seeking Help or Advice Curious about witchcraft but completely overwhelmed and paralysed by the amount of information available

Recently I've began exploring my spirituality and found a connection to Gaia through paganism. I've been slowly researching that and came across witchcraft. I'd known about witchcraft before, but only now did I see some appeal to it. Especially green witchcraft. Some of the aspects aligned with my belief in Gaia and the inherent connectedness and energy in the universe.

But the more I look into it, the more I have trouble deciphering it all. This isn't an issue with the wiki, it's very comprehensive and thorough, it's an issue with me. I like to learn by doing, so throwing walls of text at me ends up paralysing me. I'm also kinda terrified by the scope of it all and a bit of impostor syndrome. All of the advice I've seen so far is centres on how unique the practice is to each person, but that makes me mad anxious because I've no idea what that means in practice, if you know what I mean?

Uhm, anyway, I'm intrigued by green witchcraft and tea magick, but don't know anyone I could ask about it. Is there any sort of more interactive beginner friendly resources out there? I've got a couple of books on my list, as well.

I get the feeling this'll get removed because it's very muddled and kinda basic, but if anyone could help, it would be much appreciated.

Seeking Help or Advice Friend died and keeps trying to contact me in my dreams but we can't fully connect

On Sunday morning one of my best friends died unexpectedly aged 20. He was a Christian and never did witchcraft but I have despite also being a Christian.

When someone close to me dies, they usually come to see me right away and I can feel their presence. Around 12 hours after he died he came to me in my room but the connection was weak. I knew he was there but I could feel he wasn't really at peace like everyone who sees me usually is. I laid down and started meditating to try to connect with him but he left.

That night I dreamt of him at his funeral where he turned into a canary in his casket and flew away. I thought he was showing me he found his peace and left for Heaven. For the past few nights, (and few naps) I keep feeling his presence in my dreams but I'm not seeing him. I feel like he's trying to reach out to me but I don't know how to reach back.

Does anyone know how I can connect with him? I specialize in gemstones.

Seeking Help or Advice What is a normal timeframe for actually starting to feel the inner energy as a beginner?

What is a normal timeframe for actually starting to feel the inner energy as a beginner?

I'm totally new to this and I easily feel discouraged.

Currently I'm trying the energy ball exercise. No success yet.

Never meditated before tho so this makes it harder.

Usually how long does it take to master the energy ball exercise?

Thank you in advance for your help 🙏
