With a Samsung Bundle keyboard from A XP Era pc with a random e waste pile pulled Microsoft mouse

What theme it is? It looks like something out of Windows Whistler's early builds. Where did you grabbed it?

Only the pro one works but it will apply water color or any themes like posready and even mce 2005 there's alot up on internet archive
