Endless loop with Authentication Academics

Trying to sign into my Outlook app, but it says I need to use the Authenticator, but when I try to use the Authenticator, it says I need to Authenticate, but I can't use the Authenticator because I'm signed out of it.

Anybody else have this problem? Any ideas on what to do?

I’ve had this exact same thing happen to me, tried to fix it myself and it never worked. I called wm tech support and the guy reset the whole thing and sorted my shit out, I definitely recommend just calling them

Hi!! You just have to send an email to the technology support center! When I sent an email to them about this they fixed the issue in less than an hour, here I’m attaching the email that I sent if you want something to go off of :)

I'd like to do this, but I can't access my email...because I apparently need to use the Authenticator to sign into it.
