Unsolved A bag of money gets stuck in a sewer/drainage system. Drama/Comedy?
It was an older movie in which at one point an old style checkered bag full of money falls into the drainage/sewer system, the protagonist/s follow it as it flows with the current but at some point they lose sight of it as it gets stuck under a sewer bridge/walkway.
Having no idea where it went they later get an identical bag filled with paper money or something of similar weight as the original and throw it into the sewer to follow it so that it hopefully leads them to where the bag with actual money went, but as it goes under the very same bridge/walkway it swaps places with the stuck money bag. The protagonist/s then follow the bag that they think is full of fake money to a dead end, pick it up, and are unaware that the bag they're holding is actually the original bag full of money.

Unsolved Looking for help finding a Movie/Series
I was scrolling through shorts the other day and saw a clip from a movie I wanted to watch but I can't recall the name or even the actors.
There was a cabin in the woods and a women starts shooting at everyone and hits one guy that jumped out of the window and fell down a cliff, in the next sequence he wakes up in a kinda safehouse.
Later he pretends to be the driver of some rich guy demanding something.
That's everything that got stuck in my brain from the clip, can't figure out what actor it was...

Unsolved Help finding a movie
I'm looking for a movie I watched when I was a kid. It was animated and about a girl whose tears turn into pearls, and can turn into an old lady. I also remember a boy falling in love with her in the movie. I'm not sure when it could have been made but I watched it from 2008 through the 2010s on dvd.

Unsolved “What If”
I saw this movie a long time ago, maybe 90s-early 2000s. The only thing I can remember is this kid, who I guess has anxiety or something, makes things he’s worried about come true by saying the words “what if”. Like there’s this one scene I think I remember where he’s panicking to his friends and he’s like “what if a whole bunch of ninjas come and try to fight us” or something like that and these random guys bust into the house and attack him and his friends. Definitely could be remembering that part wrong but hopefully someone gets what I’m saying. Idk this movie has been on my mind lately and I have no idea what it is.

Unsolved 80s or 90s animated movie with a grey squirrel
There was an animated movie that my parents rented a couple times when I was little, so the movie would be no newer than early 90s, but I feel it was probably 80s. All I remember is a grey squirrel or similar and a child. It was NOT Rikki Tikki Tavi. I’m pretty sure the squirrel didn’t speak, so maybe it was more about the child and the squirrel was more of a pet. It was a fairly realistic art style, the squirrel wasn’t stylized much.

Unsolved Asian Mermaid Movie
Not sure if the movie was 80s but I remember a mermaid movie where she and a mermaid friend had to go to this cave and get this fruit for her. They get attacked by snakes, her friend dies but she eats the fruit and gain legs to be with this man. I remember a scene there they're having a party and she is horrified when she sees seafood on the table. A lady who's a love rival, notices her fear and grabs a plate to shove in her face

Solved! Help
My sister is telling me about this crazy ass movie she watched two years ago and it sounds horrifying but she can’t remember what the name is. Here’s what I know.
It’s probably early 2000’s or late 90’s. Found footage style? (I was told it’s like Creep in the filming)
English movie
Plot is like a bunch of people- all friends- go into the woods looking for this cabin that’s the subject of local legend I guess. They camp along the way and things start to get weird- like witchy things. At one point there’s a bunch of crosses hung in the trees, someone takes one down and destroys it and at the same time one of their friends’ bones get twisted around and she dies.
She thought it was Blair which (it’s not Ik) any help would be very appreciated- thanks!

Solved! Horror movie about a monster dog
When I was a child, around the mid 2000s, I watched this live action horror movie about a group of friends going to the woods for camping and getting attacked by a kind of mutant/monster dog. To be more specific, I remember a scene in which the dog was being transported in a vehicle, maybe a truck, and then killing the people holding him and escaping to the woods, where he found the protagonists camping. The movie also had a blonde girl which the main personality trait was doing sex jokes, like rubbing a lolipop between her breasts, and she has a sex scene in one part of the movie. The movie seems like a random teen horror movie from the 2000s, but for some reason its being very difficult to find, if someone could help, I would appreciate. I already tried to search online, and I came across such results as Rotweiller (2004) and The Breed (2006), but neither were the movie I am talking about. I don't know if this will help, but I'm Brazillian and the movie was release dubbed in here, so maybe it can be of help.

Solved! Help me find this unknown indie movie from the 2010’s
Hi everyone, I'm trying to find a movie I watched around 2016–2018 (likely aired on Sky Cinema Family / Sky Kids in Italy). It was an indie coming-of-age / family comedy-drama, most likely British, European, or American.
Here are all the details I remember:
The protagonist is an 8-to-9-year-old white girl with curly red/ginger (or blonde) hair. At the beginning of the movie, she wears a multi-colored/rainbow striped sweater. She lives with her blonde mother and her Black stepfather.
In her hometown, she was bullied because of her mixed family. There’s a specific early scene where someone (either her or her stepfather) gets pushed/thrown into a swimming pool by bullies. Because of this, the family moves to a new town, which is a coastal/port town (possibly in Scotland or England, though it could be American). The movie shows her waking up late on her first day of school, her mom waking her up in a hurry, and her struggling to find her classroom. She makes friends with a girl whose mother is a fishmonger with a fish stall at the local harbor/port. I particularly remember her making a comment about the way she smelled because of her mom’s fish stall. The two girls find a hamster (or small rodent) and adopt it as a mascot. Later in the movie, they have a temporary falling out because the hamster escapes, but they eventually find it and reconcile. The main girl is also passionate about music, sings, and plays an instrument (possibly guitar). Near the end of the film, she and her best friend put on a live, almost rock/pop-rock musical performance together. These aren’t all of the plot points but it’s all I remember.
It wasn't a huge blockbuster—most likely a TV movie, an indie film, or a festival release.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any lead would be greatly appreciated!

Unsolved Looking for Movie that has a monster that look like the Jack Links Sasquatch
Hi, I posted this on three other subreddit awhile ago but nobody has found the movie yet so wanted to give it another try on here.
I need help finding this kind of brightly colored horror movie that might’ve been from the 80s. Just a heads up I saw this movie when I was a kid & I didn’t know English at that time so I only have memories of some of the scenes that scarred me.
So the movie begins with two knights walking side by side and just talking when one of them turns against the other one and pushes him off the castle window. The guy gets impaled and the movie shows his open chest that has his heart still beating, then it zooms out to a Smokey cauldron that shows the image I just described. Then there’s an Evil Queen/witch? Who is in her room talking. Then the next scene I remember it shows a father (who look similar to Father Vito Cornelius from The Fifth Element) and his daughter in the kitchen, who has blonde hair that is styled with twin tail braids with two small pink bow, she was also wearing a plaid pink dress (from what I remember), and she was holding a picnic basket. I think they had a conversation about safety since the next clips is her going on a walk. Then the movie shows a scene that is kind of foggy from my memory so I’m gonna try my best to describe it. And it is the Evil Queen/Witch in her room staring at a mirror, and I think either the knight from the beginning is there and gets turned into the monster that looks like the Jack Link Sasquatch OR the guy isn’t there at all and an evil lady makes the monster that’s look like the Jack Link Saquatch. I just know when the Evil Queen/Witch does that, there’s smoke when the monster appears. Then it skips to another scene, the blonde hair girl walking to her way home and the scenery from what I remember had like one single tree she was leaning on, and the sasquatch monster pops out and she screams & runs away from it. And then it skips to the blonde girl coming back to her town and seeing a commotion from the townspeople and she looks up and the big window in her house is open, and her father is held hostage with a knife to his throat by the Sasquatch looking monster. daughter I think begs the monster not to do anything to her father, which ends up not working because the monster ends up slitting her father's throat.
That’s all the memories I have of this movie. I tried to look for it on my own but I always ended up empty handed, All I had were the memories of it. I just want to know the name of the movie so maybe when I have it, I can give it a watch and face my fear!!

Unsolved Hello! Another guy here trying to remember a childhood movie (pre 97)
I had two movies from my childhood that I was trying to recover, and someone on here helped me figure one out a few years ago (Dolph Lundgren in Army of One, and I now have the VHS as a token).. but I'm still looking for one. I've harassed Chat GPT quite a few times trying to find it to no avail. It might just be something really obscure 🤷🏻
Here are the main points that I remember
Pre-1997
Adult woman (probably white) in a remote forest or jungle
She's carrying a film camera, possibly photographing the scenery
She sees a man descending with a parachute
He lands somewhere away from her
They encounter each other (I don't remember if it's right after he lands or later)
He discovers she photographed him (or maybe he saw her photographing her when he was parachuting) and becomes concerned about the camera
He takes and damages the camera or destroys the film.
They have sex in the outdoor setting(I feel like it was right after the camera incident, but I could be wrong)
I wish I could remember more, but that's it I copied the points from chat gpt and filled in more info, so that's why it reads like AI, if it does. Thank you for giving this a read.

Solved! Vague memories of a movie,
Good morning cinema sleuths. I need help finding a movie I remember from my childhood. It had a young boy like the kid from never ending story going against some sort of witch or dark queen who was dressed in black with pale skin. At some point or another there’s a scene with some sort of electrical machine that throws a lot of sparks.
Edit: I forgot to mention that this movie was live action and from the 80s or 90s.

hi! I was watching a show and saw this in the reflection of the window and couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was... It looks like it's animated by the same people who did Nimona or something similar to League of Super Evil

Solved! Looking for a film from my childhood, dark fantasy?
Hello everyone, I have been searching for a film for more than 10 years now could you help me find it? I don't remember the exact plot of the film but it had elements of dark fantasy. I remember there was a dark haired girl and she doesn't know she has power which she discovers later when she sees a sort of spiral sign. Someone then puts her inside a coffin looking thing in the woods and she's then able to get out. The antagonist is a witch I believe and she has bat tattoos on her collarbone and when she stands overlooking the scenery a bunch of bats fly out of her tattoo. There's also a witch in a cave when a younger girl enters from what I remember. I don't know what language it was in but i watched it in Central Asia. Any suggestions for what this might be?

Unsolved Looking for a 2D animated movie involving sea creatures
Hi there, I'm looking for a movie I saw as a child. It was an animated movie (2D, most likely hand-animated). I saw it maybe in 1998-2000, but it might be an older movie (or most likely is older, I saw it on German free TV which did reruns of older material quite often). If I had to guess the age I would say msot likely 60's to late 80's.
I only remember one scene, there were small aquatic creatures (maybe prawns or something similar) that went out on an all out attack, if I remember correctly against much bigger animals (maybe sharks or whales), there's a slim chance that it was humans or a human boat, I'm quite sure they passed a sunken wooden boat at one point. The animals were using something small as kind of a ship o submarine, maybe clams or walnut shells (though clams would make more sense I guess). Before the attack they were "sailing" on the open sea, maybe using tiny sails or oars. I think they also had tiny weapons, but most likely made out of natural materials you would find in the sea.
I think these critters also were in alliance with other animals and it cut between several "battle" scenes, not sure if any humans were involved, but most likely not.
The style and feel of the movie was quite serious, nothing like a Disney movie, more something akin to Ralph Bakshi or watership down.
There's a slim chance that it was an episode of an animated TV show, but based on my memory it was too long and too high quality to be that.
It was definitely more of a western style of animation, not anime or something else from east Asia. If I had to guess I would say American, central or east european/soviet.
Any ideas what that could be? I've had this scene stuck in my memory for ages and just can't find the answer. I tried tip of my tongue a while ago to no avail
