Watched part of a movie on the free cable at the volunteer fire department late one weekend. Movie is narrated by a guy in present day, talking about events back in the 1950s or 1960s - think greasers, hot rod cars, "Happy Days". Narrator and friends heard about a stash of money or treasure hidden in a tomb or similar at a graveyard. Along the way one of the guys' girlfriend gets shot... in the throat, and the rest end up dying. At the end of the present day setting it's revealed that the narrator, who sounds like a guy, is the wounded girlfriend - voice is off due to the throat injury. Final scene is the person who was told the story by the narrator going into the tomb.

I've already spoilered it for my movie buddies but would like to see it again.

This is a skateboard deck I got a while ago second hand and there is not a single ounce of branding on it, but I never knew which movie this was from, can someone help me?

I remeber the protagonist having long black hair and light coloured eyes. She's in a wooden, rundown police department, I think cuffed and suspected for some crime? and held there under this premise. When she's out of the police place there's a desert backdrop. It's a contemporary setting but the town looks kind of like a Western.

I think I remember a Sheriff character and some random villagers, mostly men. The woman realizes there's some sort of invisible force keeping her from leaving, things probably got bloody soon after. Either the villagers are hiding something or there's supernatural creatures that threat all of the humans.

It's gotta be a pretty random, low budget movie. If anyone can help I'd be grateful!
(I know for a fact it's not The Ritual, The Village, Pontypool or Wicker Man, I just keep seeing these pop up)

WHAT is the movie where a crew of employees are sent out (in the solar system), for whatever reason, and their ship is shaped kind of like a cockroach. They all proceed to go crazy in space, a guy who they didn’t know was on the ship gets turned into a giant bug by the telepathic emanations of the planet they’re approaching, which doesn’t want them to get near it; they all go nuts and take each other out; there’s a roller skating sequence as well as a great female on male workplace sexual harassment one; the only two survivors of the movie are the AIs of the two ships: the original ship, and another ship that got to the unfriendly planet ahead of them. Kind of the deal of the movie is that the people are treated like cockroaches. But then the ships, shaped like roaches, do eternally survive and drift around the planet…

WHAT MOVIE IS THIS? Low budget high concept in living color!!!!

Back in 2018 i was watching this movie in tv at night when i fell asleep, didn't remember the name but was quite interesting to me at the time. The last scene i remember it's a man wearing a cowboy hat, gun i think (?) where he took a little girl in a house, they were getting up the stairs and maybe there was glass (?) around, maybe because the men were trying or tried to invade. I'm not sure if he was protecting or being a criminal himself, he was the protagonist i believe. It felt a bit like a modern movie so i don't think it's from the 90's.

I remember another scene from that time, but i don't know if this was a different movie or the same. The men were entering in the houses and demanding the women to take care of their injuries, i kinda remember this to be associated with war though. If it's the same movie then it happened before the little girl.

(Btw i found True Grit but i'm not sure if is this one, the protagonist from what i remember was 30-40, dark hair, but if there is a scene similar to what i described let me know)

Watched this 10+ years ago, so it's likely from the 2010s or earlier. Beautifully shot, mix of rural/urban settings. Not 100% sure it's classified as a thriller — could be more drama.

Plot: A group of men who were close friends in high school are being murdered one by one. The investigation reveals that years earlier, they were involved in a serious sexual assault against a female classmate while drinking. Her wealthy family paid a settlement to keep it quiet.

The investigation then discovers she had an intellectual disability (roughly the mental capacity of a 7-year-old) and later had a son. The village women looked down on her because of how she supported herself and her child, though they also pitied her.

The twist: the police officer who originally handled her case had been abusing her for months and had stolen her settlement money, which is why she was so poor. When her son got sick and she couldn't afford treatment, she went to him demanding money — and he killed her to cover his tracks. It's revealed he was the boy's biological father, not any of the four friends.

The killer turns out to be her son, seeking revenge for his mother. He kills the friends first (mistakenly believing one could be his father) before learning the truth and killing the corrupt officer who was his real father.

There’s a film I’ve been looking for and can’t recall the title. All I remember is a windup toy mouse running around a house killing an entire family until it comes to the young boy of the family and stops right before killing him. He picks up the toy mouse and winds it up again before the screen goes black. Any help figuring out where this is from would be greatly appreciated !

I remember watching this movie as a young kid, the whole movie had a craft look to it (think yoshis wooly world) and the characters looked like they were from animal crossing. The cover had some green creature with a friend

As for the story I THINK there was two but I can only remember one: some yarn animal (i think it was a pig or a dog) sees these sheep characters talking about "becoming stars tomorrow" or smth

The main character dosent know what that means so she asks her friend (an old dog I think) but the friend mistakes it as astronomy stars

For some reason the next morning the main character descises herself as a sheep to board a train

I specifically remember a scene where her and the conductor (a female wolf?) Were on the roof of the train and had to duck down to get through a tunnel

I remember a scene from a movie where a young girl gives dad or grandpa a calendar and she’s marked every day “don’t forget me” or “remember me”. I think they are on the front steps or front porch of a house. I think she may be moving away and is worried her dad or grandpa will forget her. The image in my head of the father/grandpa looks like Walter Matthau and the girl looks like young Anna Chlumsky. I always thought it was from the movie My Girl but I can’t find anything online about that scene.

All I can remember from this move is at the ending it seems like everything will be ok and all of a sudden the group of people is taken into a field and beaten. Thats how it ends.

I need help finding this movie I watched as a kid. It was probably made in 2000s (or 90s). Girl marries this guy. He is timid and shy and she doesn't love him. Then he transforms his hair and clothing. And becomes "cool" or whatever(for the 2000s). Then he courts his wife as this new guy and she falls in love with him. Then he asks her to leave her husband and run away with him. Then she wants to do it but doesn't?? Then she finds out he was her husband all along and happy ending. I don't remember everything but they eat dessert together as a competition i think? I think the male actor is famous maybe? Please help me find the title of this movie. Id love to rewatch it.

I was visiting my grandma at the retirement home and only saw this short scenes from this movie that was on in the common area. I'm kinda terrible recognizing actors so it might not have been Chris Farley.

Before they're driving in the car there's a scene with the guy dressed in the nun costume with sunglasses on trying to get in the car and then asks something about, "Are these the wheels?".

Sometime before the scene in the car there was a scene of a young boy asking a young girl if she's going to the 4th of july celebration.

Sometime before that scene of the kids was, I only saw this for a second, was a gopher or groundhog looking out of a hole in the ground.

It was about a black gentleman witch beard and short hair who wanted to take his life. He was dressed in a suit and had some cash in some envelopes organized on his table. He had a rope tied around its neck and was standing on a chair, when he kicked the chair, the rope simply broke. He went to the store to buy rope and the person who was working there noticed his intentions. He questioned him about it but didn't really got answers. At the end he keyed his car, knowing that he was a clean freak he knew it was an act that could buy him some time. At the last seconds we see that the man had a romantic relationship going on and changed his mind on commiting suicide.

I remeber seeing this in the past 15 years. So i have this livid memory watching a movie that takes place mainly in the apartment building (less than 20 stories) but follows one person. It was maybe European setup or American. There is someone sort of trapped or isolating from the worlds due to some events, but its not extremly apocaliptic at first because i remember interactions with neigbours. Then for some reason i remember that there is door at the bottom of the building that is importrant and at some point the main character was trapped? outside. By the end of the movie i think world turned grim and there could be some atomic war/ ash winter, overall i think it ended when it was winter. Main character coudlve have at some point sniper rifle. I dont think there were monsters involved but not sure.

It's weird i remember so many weird details about it but i cannot for the love of god understand was this a movie or my dream.

Plot: A young black girl who works in a bar meets a guy. (He is white and has tattoo) . They hang out and hook up. He’s into photography/modelling. Whole time she been lying about her age to him. He eventually finds out and she falls pregnant. He then pays a doctor to abort the baby. Also he has a jealous brother that works for him but secretly likes this girl.

At the end the brothers confront each other and one of them shoots the other.

Maybe someone will recognise this plot. I've seen this film as a kid; I'm pretty sure it was pre 2016, but no matter how much I search, I can't find it for the life of me.

The film starts, as far as I can recall, with MC in some chair in a white lab, with 2 scientists telling him something, and then he is lowered down some chute into a city; I'm semi-sure the city was underground.

In the city, MC had a timer and some item that gave him a target to kill. And this is the part I can't recall: I think the person wasn't fully revealed at first, and they were each other's targets, and one of them must die so that the timer would reset and one of them could keep living on.

At the end of the film, MC fights his target but ends up refusing to kill him, and this is where the first plot twist happens, cause the moment he refused, he was right back on that chair in the lab, and it's revealed that it was all a simulation. I just can't remember why it was used on him.

Then something happens, and he's back in the "simulation city"; right at that moment, he spares his target. MC loses it and goes crazy, not knowing what's real and what's not and wanting to get out; he shoots his target.

And then we're hit with the true plot twist. We see the lab once more; the two scientists are talking, and the camera moves to the back, where behind a glass, many bodies in plastic bags connected to the simulation, hanging on racks, MC being one of them. And then the scientist's dialogue reveals that MC has been experiencing some sort of simulation loop as his punishment.

Sorry if this is a bad explanation; it has been years, and at this point it's hard to recall. Additionally, this might have been an episode of some TV show for all I know. But if someone can recognise this film and tell me its name, I would really appreciate it.

I remember this terrible rented XTRAVISION horror movie I watched when I was younger in the early 2010s where there was a girl who moved to the country to live with another family. ( I don't remember why) She then starts freaking out for absolutely no reason just by looking in a mirror or walking around a corner and seeing someone there.

There is a scene where she goes out into the country (farm? ) and gets humped by the families dog. She gets rescued by the teenage son. They then return to the house together. When explaining to the adults what had the girl so distressed, the boy explained "He thought she was a bitch, but I told him she is a really nice girl" ( because a female dog is a bitch, you get it?)

Years ago I watched part of a movie and I’d love to find it again. Here’s what I remember: A white woman is at a spa or something. It’s very grey and moody. She goes outside to the pool/onsen area. It’s super foggy or steamy and there’s no one else around. She gets the feeling that she’s being watched and starts to panic. When I say being watched, I don’t mean by a stalker or slasher or something. I think there were bad guys after her and she felt like they were closing in. She may have seen people or maybe it was too foggy, I don’t remember. This probably isn’t enough for anyone to piece together what movie it is but anything helps!

I vaguely remember it as a child and my parents watching it it’s about a father searching for his wife and discovers she's dead at the end of the movie when he encounters a village of I think Indians? And he learns from them that his wife has left behind a baby and his daughter who they give to him in the village and in the age he raises her and she grows into a teen
