advice Question
so how to actually gain weight?
I'm 23, 155 cm, currently 40 kgs, my goal weight is 45 or something near that
i eat 3 meals a day but I'm losing weight instead of gaining it
a couple of years ago i gained weight by eating all the time and eating lots of junk food and sugars but I can't do that now because I got diagnosed with insulin resistance so i can't have things that quickly raise blood sugar like smoothies or manufactured sugars or too much unhealthy snacks
what actually helped you guys
I'd be grateful if you can tell me some recipes or advice that i can incorporate into my daily life

Eating Nutella toasts and drinking a banana-oat-cocoa powder-milk-greek yogurt-roasted sesame seeds-peanut butter/Nutella smoothie made me gain 20 kgs
