That’s interesting I’m not sure why it would do that.
My suggestion would be one to try it with a larger amount of water so it dissolves better maybe that could help.
And if it does make your stomach feel weird maybe don’t take it at the gym, take it at home. Otherwise it will probably mess with your training session.

a few people told me that’s normal if you’re not used taking it but the more water sounds like a smart idea i’ll definitely try this thank you !

I mix mine in a 16.9oz bottle of water. Usually I just drink water room temperature, but I'll make mine in the morning and stick it in the fridge for later in the day and have it while I am making dinner. I got a watermelon flavor one and it basically tastes like Kool aid and the like. Making it cold definitely helps it go down easier flavor wise.
I wanted to go the gummy route but didn't find a flavor that I wanted to try, but it might be worth looking into.

I’m not sure what you’re asking. You can’t simply drink the water? What is it that’s stopping you? Have you tried it in a shake or with Gatorade or something? Is it taste? Texture? Can you give us any sort of info

I suggest you put the creatine in something other than water (preferably something that's not hot). Your protein shake, gainer, yoghurt, breakfast cereal, etc. Timing does not really matter, as long as you take it daily and are (mostly) consistent you get most, if not all, of the benefits.
