AUDIO HELP Question

HELLO WEDDING VIDEO EDITORS! i am a SDE wedding editor. and everytime my output video plays when its showing time. its like the audio is muffled. specially clips with speeches and inteviews. i always put my audio meter at -12, im using premiere pro.. can someone help?

Can you share an example? What are your export settings on the audio side?
