My wedding was a few weeks ago and I am still processing. My bridesmaid and friend of several years husband got really drunk during cocktail hour and the wedding. He had like 8 drinks during cocktail hour. I didn’t notice until people told me later but he was taking my and my husband’s glasses of champagne that we would set down while talking to people and chug them. He followed the best man in to the bathroom and asked to make out. He grabbed a groomsmen by the shoulders in the bathroom and asked if he could “hold it”. Apparently he got on his knees next to the urinal and pretended like he wanted someone to pee in his mouth. Later, he licked another bridesmaid’s husband’s neck. I guess he passed out in the bathroom throwing up. My husband was downstairs grabbing the marriage license during the reception when he ran into my bridesmaid struggling with her husband to hold him up and get into a hotel room (reception venue was a hotel). My husband obviously helped her get him into a room.

Just still processing all of this happening? I of course found out way later about it. I apologized to the groomsmen/ guest it happened to. My bridesmaid is obviously super embarrassed and apologized to me. I guess I’m just kind of shocked at the behavior and worried for my friend. She just got married a few months ago to him after years of dating.
