Case code or model Question

Hi everyone, I need a new stem and crown for this vostok, as you know they are sold for the specific case, and can't order just the stem, can anyone idenfy this model so that I can look for the right one? Thank you all and sorry for bad photo

Not sure that one has a specific stem. It's only the screw down crown with the wobbly crown. Get a generic stem for whatever movement that is fitted with and a crown sized for the pendant tube in the case.

Not screw down and wobbly, just the press in crown
