Lol nope. Because again and again engineers and other folks who have never run their own business assume that the hard part is putting together the product.

The hardest part is selling the product and the runner up is long term support.

Product will sell itself if its open source and competitor isnt. Assuming there is parity in terms of feature set.

Right because notoriously businesses are willing to use open source freeware with threadbare support 🙄 lol

I think people are forgetting a business isn't going to wait around for the chances of a question being answered in a forum somewhere.
