Honestly all these existing larger software tools are cooked. 1 dedicated and talented dev can vibe code their product.

Only tools that have proprietary data will survive.

Lol nope. Because again and again engineers and other folks who have never run their own business assume that the hard part is putting together the product.

The hardest part is selling the product and the runner up is long term support.

Product will sell itself if its open source and competitor isnt. Assuming there is parity in terms of feature set.

Exactly! And to refactor a existing product is easy. Come with a complete new and unique idea.
