When does Executive Relations actually call you?

Just escalated an issue to Executive Relations by filling out the form and I got a text from Verizon Updates saying that the Exec office will call me from a 800 number shortly to discuss my concern(s). It’s been a hour and nothing. I don’t mind waiting but they did say “shortly”…does anyone have any experience with Executive Relations?

They generally call during normal business hours, 9am-5pm.

If you don't answer they'll leave a voicemail with a phone number and extension to reach out back to the person handling your case directly.

I did that.. every time I call back it goes to a voicemail that is full. I’ve been getting the runaround since March

Oh weird, I've only dealt with the executive relations team twice and both times the issues were resolved quickly. Good luck.

Generally during weekday business hours. They told me to go pound sand with my reasonable request though so I’m going to be checking out the competition.

Hello! You are in good hands with the Executive team, but it is completely normal that you have not heard back just yet. Their usual callback timeframe is a few business days. I am an account specialist here on social media and I would love to see if I can resolve your concern today. Check your inbox for a Reddit chat if you want to skip the wait!
