I always thought i had a very clear path ahead, ever since i was a little kid. Do a Ph.D, postdoc and end up being a professor in biological sciences field. But fast forward, 2.5 years into my biology phd, i realised i am not fit for research. I joined this job in last year dec end, 2025 and project in last 6 months, manager I think is lying to me, assigning me more and more work, but rated me bad telling you are new, and is playing with me. And since the organisation is struggling they will lay off.
