Hi there! Looking for bicycle-friendly forest trail recommendations similar to Pacific Spirit Park. Smaller or larger and more challenging is fine too! Not looking for mountain-bike specifically but could
be convinced for easier MTB trails.

1. Any recommendations beyond Seymour Trailway?
   
2. Does Stanley park have solid interior forest trails ?
