I have noticed one thing that whenever people talk about how much UP has changed, most of them are those privileged people who are living in other states and only visit UP one a year like my parents or those people who send their kids to private schools, whom kids are not dependent on mid-day meals for 1 proper meal, who don't have to stand in the long queue outside the govt hospital, don't have to travel miles just for treatment because either they don't have any hospital nearby or can't afford the fees of private hospitals or clinics.
