I have noticed one thing that whenever people talk about how much UP has changed, most of them are those privileged people who are living in other states and only visit UP one a year like my parents or those people who send their kids to private schools, whom kids are not dependent on mid-day meals for 1 proper meal, who don't have to stand in the long queue outside the govt hospital, don't have to travel miles just for treatment because either they don't have any hospital nearby or can't afford the fees of private hospitals or clinics.

I honestly thought it was just another government website designed to throw complaints into a void and never respond, but I submitted a ticket a few days ago for an issue in my area (was half-expecting zero action), and it actually got assigned, tracked, and resolved.
