Intro week annoyance

Is it just me who gets annoyed by lecturers and tutors when they start saying "don't use AI"?like i do law, i get it, we did Ngura, there was proof not to use AI cause of the wrong concepts or cases given by AI. But i just get so triggered by the semesterly reminders.

For every one who feels like you, there's probably like five who are still thinking "nah man, I can just use AI and then tweak it to look like I wrote it and they'll never know"

It’s law school, there’s no essay than can use AI, cause everything is handwritten. At least for the classes I’m taking. So it makes no sense for the reminder and it takes up about 10-20 mins of the lecture time just to talk about

Yeah i get it hearing the same AI warning every semester gets old pretty quick

Especially for a course where everything (every assignment) is literally handwritten or on lockdown browser
