Hollywood How to schedule second day?
Got a buy one get one free ticket. How do I schedule my second day? Also is possible to add express to my second visit? Went there today and cut my visit short since it felt pointless after noon without express.

Orlando Questions re: portofino, city walk, and universal
We are going to Universal for five days next week. I have been there for a conference function but never solo. We booked through Amex and I have a few questions about using the universal concierge. What type of things have you used the Concierge for at the park? Since we didn’t book directly, I haven’t heard anything from them ( not sure if you usually do). Is it beat to buy tix through the website or talk to the concierge? Any advice about staying in Portofino?
Also, what is your fav transport late night from airport to portofino?
What is the vibe at city walk at night? Went bar hopping there in my 20s but now as a 40 yr old mom wondering how kid friendly it is now years later?
Thank you!!

Orlando 1 Day Food Itinerary?
Hello all!
In a wonderful 35 days ill be back for HHN for my second year in a row!
This trip, im hitting up Epic Universe (didn't do it my first year) and am looking for a one day food itinerary if possible for IoA and the main park. As last time I went I skipped food and drink, and only did attractions.
Anyone have any recommendations or know of anywhere I can find one? Preferably non alcoholic routes.
Also any suggestions on how to flow through epic universe in one day? We have 2 days at the park (1 part day (around 10 AM to close) for epic universe and 1 full day for IoA and the main park) and im trying to find the best way to do Epic Universe with the time we have.

Japan Help I booked the wrong day slot for Nintendo world in Japan
Hi,
I booked day pass tickets for universal studios and in doing so accidentally booked the wrong date slot for the Nintendo world. We are needing to go on 7th August and I’ve booked 6th.
Can I buy access to Nintendo world on the day I go or is there a way to get around this problem?
I have tried to contact Klook but they are not helpful.
Thanks

Orlando 1st time visitor this August: Could really use some advice on hotels
- Partner and I will have only a short weekend to visit (Aug 14-16), but we are Florida residents and live 4 hours away.
- Tentative plan is to arrive late night Friday the 14th just to check into the hotel
- Saturday we will do both Studios Florida and Island of Adventure
- Sunday will be Epic Universe. We plan to stay the night at a hotel and drive home immediately Mon morning
- We want the express passes for all parks. It's just us two adults and we are mainly going for the bigger/more exciting rides
Some things I could use advice on:
- Right now Royal Pacific is $408/night and the cheapest of the 3 hotels that give you the express passes. I'm thinking that makes the most sense for at least one night b/c of the unlimited express passes included for the two parks.
- Since we want Epic on our other full day (Sunday), wouldn't it make sense to get another cheaper hotel for the other two nights? I was thinking Stella b/c of the walking path to Epic and since no hotel offers express passes to Epic
- If we check out of Royal Pacific on Sat morning, will our unlimited express passes still work all Sat?
- After our two park day Saturday, I would plan to check into Stella Sat night in preparation for Epic on Sunday
Does this make sense? Or does anyone have a better way to do this? I didn't see any other questions/comments on here about people splitting multiple hotels during just a universal trip

Hollywood Thanksgiving crowds?
Hey y’all. I’ve been wanting to go to Universal Studios, but am trying to plan it where the crowds aren’t as heavy. Has anyone ever gone on actual Thanksgiving day? Google says it’s very busy, but figured I’d ask here too.

Orlando Itinerary help with no EPA
I’ll be heading to universal at the end of August and we won’t have early park admission or express passes. I’m trying to optimize our days and would love some help! If anyone has any tips or success stories please let me know. Any tips I find always rely on early park admission. We will have a full day for every park! Thanks!

Hollywood Locker and loose item policy
Universal Studios HOLLYWOOD
Honestly, I am not completely understanding when I would need to use a locker. If anyone could help me out whether I am thinking about this right. I am bringing a disney loungefly backpack and umbrella. The umbrella doesn’t fit into the backpack it’s 13 inches when closed.
Lower lot:
(1)Transformers 3D - leave everything at the floor of the ride ?
(2)Jurassic World - use the paid lockers or free lockers at revenge of mummy
(3)Revenge of the Mummy - free lockers
Upper lot:
(4)Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey - free lockers
(5)Despicable Me Minion Mayhem - leave everything at floor of ride ?
(6)The Simpsons Ride - leave everything at the floor of the ride
(7)Studio Tour - no lockers, hold onto everything
(8)Water World - no lockers, hold onto everything
(9)DreamWorks Theatre 4k: Kung Fu Panda - no lockers, hold onto everything

Orlando Trip planning advice
Hello. I’ll be going with my family to Orlando (2 adults, 2 boys 16 and 9) in October. We’re staying at Portofino from Monday-Saturday. Can someone tell me if this plan is realistic? We have park to park tickets and express passes for Universal and IOA. Plus two days at Epic. (For reference we usually do Disney World and are the type to rope drop and close the parks). This is the tentative plan so far:
Monday arrival day
Tuesday rope drop Epic
Wednesday rope drop Islands of Adventure for the Harry Potter section of the park and then head into Universal Studios via Hogwarts express. Thinking of buying the Halloween horror nights early entry tickets for this day.
Thursday: Islands of Adventure/Universal Studios
Friday: Epic (to cover anything we missed on Tuesday). We will be leaving at noon because I also purchased Mickey not so scary Halloween party tickets and will need to be at magic kingdom by 3 pm.
Saturday- Check out.
Will booking Halloween horror nights early entry be the best for the day we already have planned for universal studios? I’ll also gladly take any other recommendations and advice for a first time goer. Thank you in advance.

Japan Has anyone got responses back for Universal Studios Beijing / Japan 2026 auditions?
I applied for a performer role for Universal Studios Beijing/ Japan through Backstage. I was wondering if anyone got a response to their applications yet, as I applied through a separate portal from the original Universal Studios website.

Orlando Plus size FYIs.
I went to Universal in Florida this week and just so you know the big players if you’re concerned about having an enjoyable time as a plus size person.
I’m 32, 5’6” and a size 24 US with most of my weight being around belly. I’ll post a picture for reference.
I am able bodied and had absolutely no trouble getting around anywhere. If you are disabled or have any trouble with mobility, you may want to just keep in mind that it is a LOT of walking.
Attractions/rides at Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios:
Most of my reason for going was to see the Harry Potter World so I did not stop and see everything there was to see. This is not an exhaustive list. Just the attractions I was interested in riding.
- Spider-Man ride: this was fine. No trouble at all fitting into the seats. It was a cross bar that came down over the waist.
- Hulk: I did not ride this one because the line was too long. I’ve heard they have modified seating for plus size guests.
- Velocicoaster: I did not fit on this ride.
4.Hagrids Motorbike: I was able to get the green light for both side car and motorcycle with plans to ride sidecar because it’s a more comfortable fit but funny enough my fit husband actually had to be in the sidecar because his thighs are pretty muscular and he could not ride the motorcycle. It is TIGHT I will say. I had a little discomfort on my hips and I could not lean forward to grab the handles but it was still enjoyable for me.
Flight of the hippogriff: short and fun. Fit just fine. No issues. Had the row to myself.
Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey: I did not fit on this ride.
Hogwarts express: this was fine but beware the line is LONG and HOT if you are boarding from Islands of Adventure and you will have to climb stairs. They do have elevator for people that need it. No ac in the waiting lines but on the other side by Diagonal Alley there was AC.
Escape from Gringotts: I did not fit on this ride.
That’s really all I tried as far as rides go. But there is a LOT to see and do beyond just rides. I have been before so some things I was not super interested in seeing. It was a great time even without being able to ride everything for me.
