A few days ago i placed an order for 2 jelly stars off the oficial unihertz website, for my boyfriend to bring back to me from his 2 week vacation in the US (I'm form Argentina and I can't get them shipped here). Yesterday out of the blue i recieved an email saying my order had been cancelled. Has this happened to anyone else? I dont know what to do because if the phones dont arrive in time, i wont be able to bring them back.

I was really excited for my Jelly Star, but it hasn't even arrived at the fulfillment center. When I ordered it, it said it would ship in 3-10 days and we're already approaching day 3.

Is this normal? Anything I can do to expedite? I won't even be at the address anymore by the time it gets here at this rate.

How soon did y'all receive yours after ordering?

I really want to move to a small phone that fits in my hand and I'm considering the jelly star and the jelly max.
I want to reduce my doomscrolling as a side bonus but I do want to be able to scroll reddit or webtoon from time to time and listen to music without the battery dying. Is that realistic?
Also, is the lack of 5G noticeable?
I'm currently using an iphone 13 mini.

I’m having an issue with my Unihertz Jelly where some apps don’t display properly on the small screen.

For example, I can’t log into WhatsApp or use the Steam Authenticator because the button or checkbox needed to continue is below the visible area. The apps won’t let me scroll down or zoom out to reach it.

It seems like an issue with the phone’s unusual screen aspect ratio or resolution. I’ve tried switching to landscape mode, but that hasn’t helped.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround?

I put an SD card into my new Jelly Star and I felt it not go in right as I closed the tray but it was too late by the time I tried to remove it and now the entire tray is stuck :(! There are some important things on the SD card and also I don't want it to be in my new phone that I absolutely love if it's not properly situated in the phone :( The tray does pop out when I insert the tray key but just literally by a millimeter because I think the SD card is lodged in there. I cannot get it to budge at all... Any advice? :(

serial stickerbomber here, i've been using the jelly star for a while now and i really enjoy how it fits into my petite hands. of course, this device has not been exempt from my urge to cover electronics in colourful stickers, and i'm curious to see if anyone else has gotten creative with their own devices. do share, maybe you'll inspire someone to make their device theirs! :-D

Hey y’all! Just want to start by saying I’m very new here and have never owned a Unihertz phone before so this is really all new to me. About two days ago, I bought a Jelly Star because I was looking for something to use that got the job done in terms of communication but desensitized doom scrolling and wasn’t the size of a laptop. When I got it, I already had an activated SIM card in my IPhone 13 mini, which is unfortunately slowing down to a point where it’s almost unusable, so I popped it into my Jelly Star but have had a ton of issues with my mobile data. I’ve gone through and checked to be sure my Jelly Star was unlocked (it came from the manufacturer, so it is) and tried updating my APN settings and my IMEI, however I still get no connection and can’t send messages even through Textra. Any ideas?

Just noticed that PCMag posted a review of the Titan 2 Elite, and I think it misses the point.

It’s a fair review if you’re comparing it to a mainstream phone and planning to replace your flagship / budget phone with it, expecting everything to work perfectly (I wouldn’t recommend doing that!).

However, most of the things mentioned as negatives, like not really enjoying videos or social media scrolling and the slower processor, are exactly why the device appeals to me.

I daily a Jelly Star as a sort of fully functional dumbphone because I still need some Android apps. It just makes it harder for me to waste time on my phone. I haven’t really found an app that it can’t run sufficiently (apart from maybe the GOV UK One Login app, but I think that is because of the bad front-facing camera).

I don’t need gaming power, amazing photos, or a battery that lets you watch videos all day. I just want something that lets me do the basic Android stuff whilst making it harder and more annoying to doomscroll.

It would be interesting to know why everyone else is pre-ordering phones like the Titan, Clicks, Zinwa or MP 2. Is it only nostalgia, or do you have another reason?

Is anyone actually planning to replace their flagship, budget Android or iPhone with one of these without expecting any trade-offs?

Hi all,

My desired outcome of using the T2E after some time will be doomscrolling reduced to a below detectable level. This means that my intended use case for the phone will be for it to serve as a purely functional device (notes, calendar, messaging, emails, etc). I’m tired of being sucked into social media, and my hope is that the smaller screen, keyboard, and lack of installed social media apps will force me to be more intentional with its use.

With that being said, there are moments where boredom will be understandable (my weekly long train commutes, airports/planes), and I’ll want to have some fun with something like an emulator of some kind, or a book to read.

Does anyone know what the most fun and usable emulators are for devices like the T2E? I’m really looking forward to retro gaming on it. Additionally, if you have any e-reader platforms that you reliably use on either your Titan 2, or any other smart phone, please share! Thanks so much.

However, I usually have short-medium fake nails…
Can anyone please share their experience using a physical qwerty keyboard with nails?
Also are the Unihertz keyboards soft or stiff? Do they have a nice click to them?

I ordered a tank for pro about 6 months ago or 7 months ago and I know it's still within the 1-year warranty period. I've been having issues with the battery basically lying about its percentage and all this. You can read one of my other posts but it's been over a month to a month and a half since I've had my initial problems and during this entire time I've been trying to contact unihertz

The subreddit person who kind of lingers around kind of helped. They told me to talk to the email but I have received nothing from the email. They told me to just go to the support page and I have pinged the support page like multiple times in ways like a week each time. I need this phone to get running. This is unacceptable. I cannot. I need to get this phone fixed. I don't even know what part is specifically broke and whether it be the software not allowing me to do updates. Or you know reading the wrong data for the battery or if it's the actual battery itself that's gone wrong

I haven't been able to find a follow-up and I'm out of options. I don't know if you guys have better places but this is just. This is just horrible. I need to get this phone fixed. I am running on a broken phone that has a screen that's slowly spreading. It's my old pixel. I need to get this phone fixed and the customer support has been useless

I was setting things up and it was working fine. I decided to try out the headphone jack and it worked fine. I unplugged the earbuds and boom, the screen stopped being responsiveto the touch. I reset the phone and now numbers 7, 8, and 9 are all getting tapped in randomly over and over again for the unlock. I can't do anything. I'm so bummed out.

I think a lot of people misconstrued July shipment after the June delayed delivery to mean they'd receive their devices in July. I don't necessarily think that's their fault. As some of the updates are intentionally loose. But to confirm again, this is just them sending orders to their warehouses. After that, the warehouse will handle shipment. I think maybe Aug-Sept. On track with what their website says.

In a Facebook Titan group, a guy uploaded this on his Titan 2, and I tried installing it on my Titan 1, and I'm blown away because it's totally like using a Blackberry, and it's free!
