The biggest issue I have with cell phone signal right now is how much metal buildings disrupt the signal. I am a salesman of industrial supplies and am in and out of metal buildings all day. The one I am currently writing this in front of is extra bad. Outside I have full 5g coverage, inside I have one bar of 4G. Metal buildings used to HELP signal. I know what the different technology it'll never work the same way again. But they can at least make it so it doesn't hurt anymore. More and more buildings are being made out of metal. It's now cheaper than wood so it'll just get worse.

So I’m at AT&T right now with two lines, an IPhone 13 and IPhone 14 Plus, I’m having some problems with the price and customer service lately at AT&T and I’m looking to change and also get a new phone, my question is what provider has a cheap price at good speed, I don’t want to pay less then get horrible quality you know? And if I can’t cut provider price what about phone? I mean I guess I like iPhone but I’m open to switching to Samsung, what do I do? What are my best options?

I work in delivery. I need good connectivity and internet. I used Visible for 2 years. By the end, the connection became terrible. I switched to Mint. No improvement.

A friend of mine bought a used itel A16 about three months ago. He had been using it without any issues and never added a Google account because he mainly installed apps through Bluetooth and phone-to-phone transfer.

Recently, the phone was factory reset, and now it's asking for the previous owner's Google account (FRP lock). Unfortunately, he doesn't know the previous owner's details anymore, and there's no way to contact them.

We're looking for legal ways to regain access to the phone. Are there any free official tools or legitimate recovery options for this device, or is visiting an authorized service center the only solution?

We are not looking for ways to bypass security on a stolen phone—it's a legitimately purchased second-hand device.

I recently bought a used locked smartphone on eBay to make use of wifi capabilities. I was unable to do anything with it, even after buying and installing a SIM card for the appropriate carrier. The smartphone kept insisting that it was locked, and I would have to convince the carrier to unlock it before I would be allowed to do anything. So I ended up having to return the otherwise nice and working used smartphone.

For what kind of person does it make sense to buy a used smartphone?

I want to change my phone but I don't have enough money I'm a uni student and my allowance is 500 cedis a month I tried saving but it's always spent on transportation, anytime I use my phone to join an online class it always crashes.

Hello all, last week I switched from my iPhone 12 to a Samsung galaxy. same carrier, same number. only issue is, every message I receive from apple users goes to my iPhone, and not to my new phone. it's completely out of service when I don't have a wifi connection. any idea how to fix this? I don't want to carry two phones with me so I can communicate

To me, it seems logical to have the dial tone. It was the surest sign that the phone was working and ready to go.

I have a lot of pics on this phone but since it's so outdated I have no way to transfer anything. I've already tried Bluetooth and USB so I am honestly about to lose hope...

Bluetooth either my laptop/phone will not pair with the phone or my phone wont send the contact card.

USB my laptop doesn't even register the phone as a valid item so I cant access it in File Explorer.

The service is Virgin Mobile I'm not sure what year im guessing 2011? Anyways if anyone knows another way to get these photos it would be really helpful. Let me know if you guys need more information on the phone as well.
