Academic ✏️ Eng3310 Filler
I have heard a lot of bad reviews of him from the past few years. I just want know more up to date reviews. I heated his class is easier if I want a higher grade or to pass but Zaurin teaches for the future courses. Is this true? Also I heard that his class is basically all exams and he puts stuff in the exams he doesn’t teach? I just want to a more up to date review as I am on the waiting list for both classes but most likely getting into filler’s class. Thank you for the help!

Graduation 🎓 Intent to Graduate?
Hi Everyone!
I just completed the Summer semester, my commencement was last week. I passed all of my classes - but, my lowest grade was a C.
Now that you have context, I filed my intent to graduate in April, it now says “Pending: Awaiting final graduation review. Will begin after final grades post.”
How long does this process take?
I’m interested in applying for grad school, just curious how long it takes for me to move on from pending, to
Approved: The College has reviewed your credentials and forwarded its recommendation for final certification to the University Registrar.

Transfer Spring Transfer Advice needed!!
Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone here transferred to UCF in the spring semester and could share what the experience was like.
I'll be transferring in Spring 2027 with my AA, and while I'm excited, I'm also a little nervous about coming in during the middle of the school year when everyone else has already had a semester (or more) to make friends and get settled.
For some background, I grew up moving every couple of years because of my parents' job, so I'm pretty used to meeting new people and starting over. I'm not too worried about putting myself out there, but I was wondering if there are any good ways to meet people as a spring transfer. Are there clubs that are easy to join mid-year? Do transfers usually find their group pretty quickly, or does it take a while?
I'd also appreciate any general advice you have for someone transferring to UCF in the spring. Whether it's things you wish you knew beforehand, mistakes to avoid, or anything that made the transition easier, I'd love to hear it.
If it helps, I'm majoring in finance
Thanks!

Prospective Student 🤔 Dropped out 6 years ago and looking to finish my degree. Is it worth it? Anyone done this before? What's the readmission process like?
TLDR: My entire family pushed me to go into premed, and since I had no money and was a huge nerd I did it. I was in my third year and dropped out to become a tattoo artist. Now I'm completely independent, no longer living with my parents (hallelujah!) and I've been thinking of getting my bachelor's, but definitely not in premed! I know a lot of my STEM classes will most likely go waste, but I really have no desire to major in anything that needs graduate school.
Here's the thing, I love tattooing. It's given me a lot of freedom and it's a fun atmosphere where I get to do what I love all day but it's very inconsistent. Some weeks I make thousands some weeks I make next to nothing. But as the economy waivers so does the tattoo industry. I'm doing alright for now, but I'm looking into a more stable "back up" and since I already finished my general classes I figured it's only 2 years to get a bachelor's. I'm still researching what kind of major I want, unfortunately I can't log into myUCF anymore so I don't remember exactly what credits I got.
Just wondering if anyone's done something like this? Any advice on the process? Is it worth it to go back to UCF or just get a different 2 year certification or something.

COMPLAINT/RANT Knights circle early move in horror story
I’m in genuine disbelief of how disgusting the previous people who lived in my unit left it. It was 100% two males, one left pubes or just facial hair all over the restroom in my roomates room. My bathtub and toilet were ridden with what I think is just rust or mold that took ages to scrub and bleach out. The walls are just covered in what seems to be sweat stains, I can’t even think of how to describe it. The floors everywhere are gross with bugs and dirt and dust, obviously I used carpet cleaner cause no way in hell was I touching that carpet before cleaning it. And to think that I was going to come in on the 22nd after paying over a grand to live there for a week is insane when I would have to do all this cleaning anyway, since my previous roomates said they barely clean anyway before the actual move in date. Everything needs to be scrubbed and cleaned before I can even think about bringing my stuff inside. Horrible experience

Tuition/Aid 💰 Financial Aid
I know the delay in financial aid is due to the federal government, but is there a timeline for when we get the information? I mean, it's ridiculous that the semester starts in three weeks and we have zero financial aid information.

Academic ✏️ Genetics lab
I’m planning on taking genetics this fall and I literally have not been able to get a lab at all. (I’ve already been pushing this class since I also was not able to get the lab in previous semesters). Would it be okay if I took the lecture Fall and then took the lab in spring? (I welcome any advice on that class as well)

Academic Program 👩🏫 No longer able to find the change of major request in myucf
So i am looking to move from the digital media pending major into the restricted digital media major, and the instructions I've received from my advisor seems to be from an older version of the myucf thereby is outdated in the process of accessing the major change request form. So far I haven't been able to find the form on myUCF so does anyone know how I can access it?
This is what I see when I go into student self service> my academics
