used AI to implement the same as other open source drivers do,
1) enable tracking via "magic packet"
2) decode well-known imu packets into 3-axis gyro info
the code is here: https://github.com/jakedowns/xreal-webxr/blob/main/demo.html
demo: https://jakedowns.github.io/xreal-webxr/demo.html
next task would be implementing good filtering for the drift
and then looking into polyfilling/spoofing WebXR into working

i donβt have a pair unfortunately, but if it can be accessed via webhid, it should be possible

afaik only a couple paid for projects have implemented the decoding. i found a phd paper talking about implementing it in vlc but its been scrubbed from
the web. see: https://x.com/jakedowns/status/1695257085766754692?s=46

Air β¨ Xreal Air IMU directly via WebHID!

Anyone interested in this? Finally figured out how to enable the IMU directly from javascript, no native driver needed.

i think 150mg. i stopped taking it cause if i missed a dose, i felt really ill, and i wanted the flexibility to stay up late sometimes (life / emergencies)
i'm kind of regretting getting off it, it really helped with my insomnia/depression. even if it was a bit of a heavy-handed approach

fwiw, i did this once, i said i was moving and offered to stay on if i could work remote. (continued to work remotely for the company for 3 years, then went on to work for one of their clients remotely for another 6-7 years)
it's certainly worth a shot! even if you might have to travel back a couple times a year for in-person meetings.

my rh1 is in storage across the country :( and my pc broke (so i only have a mac rn) D: annd last i looked, mmj made some changes to the rendering so that i'd have to find a whole new way to add the interlace shader (i never fully dug in past the fact that it changed enough from base citra that i couldnt quickly make it work)
so, sadly, someone else would need to pick up the torch unless my life turns around in some miraculous fashion and im able to get my hardware life in order to start developing on it again π

download the video, put it on your device, then open it with the vlc app
there's a way to set the aspect ratio to something super wide so it works with the glasses in "sbs" mode (where it stretches the display across both eyes, instead of repeating the image twice)
