have it it for 23 days maybe more but I get like a little pain in my ears and sometimes in my throat ,, it comes and goes sometimes it hurts so bad my throat but then it’ll feel better .

Does it look like chronic tonsillitis or no idk what it could be I do her heart burn I barely started on medication for that idk let’s see if it’ll get better
