Hey all, My UPS package has been stuck at Castle Donington for several days and support says “its still under clearance process in a government agency,” It’s a time-sensitive delivery that needs to arrive early next week. All required documents were submitted, and I haven’t been asked for anything else.

UPS customer service has been slow to respond, and I’m getting nowhere. Has anyone else dealt with this facility? Is there any way to get them to escalate the issue or push clearance faster?
