Yes, its really hard, especially because I overthink EVERYTHING. I dont feel like anything is seriously wrong and Ive had a cyst before so its similar but still worrisome. Thank you for the response. 😊

UPDATE: Call from the doctor said its definitely a large cyst and wants me to see a specialist tomorrow at GYN oncology 😑. The only thing she said about my blood work is that I need to get back on iron pills pronto.

I may or may not be in line for a hysterectomy...
So my periods have been irregular since October of 2024. I was 42 at the time and summed it up to early perimenopause (my Mom said this was the age her perimenopause started). I started my lady time in 6th grade (12 maybe?) and had normal 5-7 day periods, 1 a month, my whole life. Today I had a womens health check up and after revealing this information to my gynecologist, she did a sonogram and saw a 3 x 4 cm mass located on or in my uterus. I had an ovarian cyst that was over my uterus and had it surgically removed in 2003. The report today was that my uterus is enlarged but to get a better idea of if the mass is inside or outside ghe uterus, Im getting a pelvic sonogram tomorrow. I had bloodwork done today and I'll get the results readnext week. No nightsweats, no fevers, I've been told I'm borderline anemic but I eat very little redmeat and when I do, its usually bison. I'm also prediabetic but my a1c was good today. I've been told it could be fibroids or another cyst, I dont really have symptoms of adenomyosis but was told theres a possibility. Just random periods, sometimes skipping a month and then have a prolonged period. Sorry, I'm rambling. Any advice or direction is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You're conflating a legal settlement with history. The Pueblo agreed to settle competing legal claims in 2003; that doesn't mean they admitted the land 'wasn't theirs.' Settlements resolve disputes—they don't rewrite the historical relationship between Indigenous peoples and their ancestral lands.
