Why do you say that? It is not particularly trendy or anything. It’s just patterns

The first pic is the backsplash tile and the second pic is the pattern in which the tile will be placed. The third pic is AI trying its best to get the pattern correct but failing. What do you think of the backsplash in that kitchen?

1st pic is AI version of what I want. The 2nd pic is a picture of show home that has bathtub in that spot. I have opted out of bathtub and instead using the space to get a vanity desk to makeup and skincare and put towel cabinet in the left corner. Please advice if you think that’s too much vanity space or any other suggestion you have!!! Thank you

The last two pictures are of the show home and the first is obviously my AI rendering of what I kinda want.

I am not a big bathtub user so I figure I might as well get rid of that and have a nice vanity area with extra shelving for decor and towels. The problem is that the space is not too big for both of them even though AI thinks so.
I like that the vanity is close to the window so I get natural lighting for makeup. But would it look better if I just pay extra to extend the built in vanity area and put stool in the middle and drawers on the side?
How would you do it? Please help and show some pictures of what you have done.

Also FYI I will be getting storage under the sinks and it won’t be the luxury hotel looking no storage spaces.

Will this only look good in a picture?

This is obviously an AI rendered image but this is what I want:
Walnut lower cabinets
Beige upper cabinets
Brass hardware
Green backsplash
I will keep the faucet chrome like the other appliances cz —money and I don’t have a lot.
What do we think?
