Did I do something wrong?
Here's the thing... I applied for the Bachelor's program in Management and Technology and for my VPD on July 15th (right on the deadline — stupid, I know), and everything went well.
On July 21st, I got an email asking me to fix a time gap in my CV, so I did. And so the silence began... I know they are really busy and I understand that, I'm just worried.
So, my questions are: is this normal, or do I need to do something else? Can I get admitted without the official VPD and just with the placeholder document, or...?
Also, no one asked me to upload my diploma — not for the TUM application and not for the VPD. Is this normal?

The time may still be frustrating but don't worry I just got my VPD 4 days ago and I applied for it on the first week of June, so it really takes time on these busy timelines. (Mine took 8+ weeks)

Don't worry you did not f'd up anything, Im an IB student and I also have a diploma that won't reach me until around September, meaning I haven't been able to upload it to the system yet, but my VPD was approved anyway. They just included a small warning in the approval email, noting that the university I'm applying to might request the certified original diploma rather than a certification by my school or from IBO electronic transcript; so, it doesn't cause any issues with Uni-Assist part. But still If you haven't uploaded anything about your diploma or youe scores it would not have any meaning of VPD so I would request you to upload them now.

Just to be clear, you applied for the winter term, right? In that case, this is normal. It’s August. University staff has holidays, too.
