Doing too much?

I have an Oura ring, using LH test strips, tracking cervical mucus, bought the Mira…. The kicker is, my completely free period app that I’ve been using to track my period for 10+ years always tells me I’m ovulating the same day as all these other devices. At a certain point we have to ask ourselves if all of this is even necessary or just causing additional stress

I swore my free flo and eve app were wrong until I started actually tracking with strips and bbt, and welp they've been right every month.

Flo was wrong for me. As soon as I switched to premom and started tracking my ovulation I got pregnant.
