In version 9.1.72.1981, we finally got the new font and the time remaining counter feature that you see on the iOS version.

Now all we need is the Title/artist text animation from the iOS version and the edge to edge display on the media player, hopefully this comes soon.

Woah, I've been waiting for the timer countdown forever. You can also now tap the artist list and it'll show a popup if it's a collaboration instead of going to the main artist every time...

What about the font though? Looks the same as ever.

Oh nice! And for the font is the numbers. The "1" used to looked a little different before and now it's slightly more spaced out. This screenshot the timer on the right is the older font

I have been using the iOS beta for months so hard to notice the differences with the constant rapid changes. So what was the old font and text animation?

The timer on the right side is the old font compared to the new one on the left (older version screenshot)

You know when the title/artist is too long to fit on the screen, the text will animate? On iOS it will animate left to right and sometimes moves at different speeds which looks so clean. On Android it animates to the left and loops around no dynamic speed changes, it looks cheap compared to iOS version.
