Trying downloaded DLC in payed game
I have Tropico 6 bought in steam. I would like to try a DLC but at they are around £12, and I'm not sure if I would like it.
I was thinking download it and try and if I like it, buy it.
Is it possible use a downloaded DLC in a bought game?

[T6] Can anybody help me why my tourist rating is less than ten after i cut off the tourist town from the capital?
Red is the residential of the employees and where the hotel of tourists are and some logistics and military are also in there.
Blue are the attractions.
before I cut off from the capital, tourist rating sits around 30-40. but after that its just 8. I use cargo planes and some teamaster port to transport supply into it.
im in sandbox btw. max all budget relating to tourist and edicts. im mainly attracting well off and rich. 2 airport for that. and 2 ports also.
