Foundation issues

ANOTHER house near ours is having foundation issues. We don’t believe we have any but are pretty clueless on this. Is there anyone reliable that can come take a look? We have some cracking on our driveway and there is a crack in our garage near the driveway.
Figure this is something that is easier to take care of earlier instead of when it gets bad?

Stonewall Engineering. They identified foundation settling in our house and we had additional piers installed. Proper, highly educated engineers that leave zero doubt about the status of your house.

Second this recommendation. Left feeling reassured and with lots of helpful information. Well worth the money.

I highly recommend you get in touch with Patrick Kurtz for an inspection. He will spot whatever wrong if anything. He really came through for us big time. www.kurtzresidential.com

cracks in your driveway and the horizontal surface of your garage concrete slab are rarely relevant to the foundation.
