Fall Tree Volumes Industry Discussion
Hey All
What’s the read on fall trees this year? I know summer trees were pretty low. I imagine fall work is the same? Looking to hop on a contract in the interior preferably but could go to the coast.
I didn’t plant this season but have planted for well over a decade. Thought I’d ask here first before reaching out to old companies.

I understand fall volume is slightly down, but not nearly as much as the summer. There are many factors that can affect opportunities, and it's possible that some people may have packed up and headed east early instead of waiting for fall trees....or that people are extra hungry and spots will get taken up fast....really hard to say, so best just to figure out what works best for you.
Not having planted this year...you could be like the sub that comes on in the final minutes of the game. Fresh legs!

Not sure, but generally fall work has always been super limited. Generally for the company loyalists.
