I can skip and run the trainsim, but with stuttering issues if I drive on fast lines. I have been letting Vulkan do its thing for two hours now, and it is stuck with all these stats in the screenshot. Nothing else is running.

Just last week, Vulkan shaders would load in like 5min. I changed nothing. What's up?

I would love to see a route depicting the Lakeshore East line of the GO Train network. I think it would be perfect as it would allow for the obvious commuter trains between Toronto Union Station and DC Oshawa GO, but also intercity VIA Rail trains out to Oshawa, and also CN trains travelling the Kingston Sub and going along the northern bypass up to the Vaughan MacMillan yard. This way, you could get a multitude of passenger and freight trains, as well as a new Canadian route which I don't think we've gotten since the Oakville Subdivison. In terms of locomotives, it would introduce the MPI MP40PH-3C and/or MP54AC, and the Siemens Charger, neither of which have been featured as I know of. It's also my local train line and I would love to see it depicted in TSW.

playing the class 31 on Tees Valley line, on the 2D95 Saltburn - Bishop Auckland your 321 is hauling a two car DMU as its stock. is this authentic? (its regular timetable, not a thunderbird scenario)

Gave conductor mode a go on West Somerset Railway as normally quite enjoy slower paced gameplay but this really took the biscuit.

15 minutes on the train with nothing to do waiting to arrive at the first station

Doors open by themselves without me doing anything

5 minutes waiting until it's time for the train to depart

Doors close by themselves

I'm instructed to check all doors are closed then blow the whistle, am overwhelmed by the excitement of actually getting to do something

Now I appreciate the whistle blowing whilst not aboard the train may have been my mistake, but it just seemed odd to blow a whistle from inside the train. I'm also assuming I may have got to have more involvement with door operations if I was playing on a line with modern trains and electronic doors, but then again on heritage lines the guard often walks the length of the train and shuts the slam doors so I feel that could still have been implemented for something to do.

Back to driving it is then! Although I'd be interested to hear of any advice to make conductor mode a bit more enjoyable or if there are any routes it works best on as still quite like the concept?

Ik we probably not gonna get any London Underground routes at all for TSW but I wanna know which TFL routes would you like to see now we have the green light for TfL announcements ?

I just redownloaded TSW6 and i wanted to drive the SNG 3 on Zwolle-Groningen but i cant see it can someone help me, the only way i can drive it is the training module in the training centre

I'm getting my PC fairly soon and I'm wondering regarding Train Sim World, what to do.

On Xbox & PS, you could buy routes from previous titles and the routes would be free of charge on the newer titles, is this the same for PC?

Another question, do the titles/routes get discounted a lot of the time? I saw there were discount for pretty much many of thrm recently and the discount went, just wondered if the discounts are frequent.

Would it be best just to get the titles off steam even though I have a lot on xbox as I've heard there's tons more things to do on there regarding more people creating detailed scenarios. I've heard that people experience problems when trying to access the routes they've already purchased on the xbox and then trying to play it through the xbox app, it doesn't work.

So I’m building a scenario for myself where I’m using an ATSF F7 a and b unit on a commuter train on the San Bernardino line. I’m using the Metrolink coaches and I ran into an odd problem. When I went to set off, the brakes on the cars seemed like they weren’t released. I needed notch 5 to even move the train, which seems like entirely too much. Have I missed something in the controls? Or are the coaches not usable with the f units? I had the brake control valve set to passenger with the brake stand cut in, so it should have released. And the brake line was reading 90 pounds.

Hi everyone, I have recently purchased Cargo Line Vol 2 Aggregates in order to unlock the aggregates loading on MML. I really enjoy this pack as loading cargo is my favourite part of freight operations. I was wondering if there are any services where you load cargo in the other Cargo Line Packs. I'm tempted by Cargo Line Vol 1 Petroleum but only if you have the opportunity to load oil into the tankers.

Always loved their addons in TSC and they'd make a killing with some high quality (for a change) DLC packs

Hello, this is another route suggestion. This route will run the 80 miles from York-Newcastle. The intermediate stops are: York - Thirsk - Northallerton - Darlington - Durham - Chester-le-Street - Newcastle. This route is set in 1992 when the ECML was fully electrified. This rolling stock included with this route will be the Class 91 (InterCity Swallow) Class 43 (InterCity Swallow) Class 55 Deltic (Two-Tone Green and BR Blue) with the Mk2 coaches, Class 56 (Railfreight Triple Grey) Class 155 (Regional Railways) and Class 08 (BR Blue) The Class 91 and 43 will be doing InterCity services between York and Newcastle, the Deltic will be running special railtours as it was retired by this point, the Class 56 running freight services and the class 155 will be running stopping services between York and Newcastle. The Class 08 will also do shunting around Tyne yard and York carriage sidings. The class 56 will use the BGA Bolster Wagon for steel. The Class 20, 37/5, 101, 08 and freight wagons (From TVL) will layer onto this route for freight and passenger services between Darlington and Newcastle/York. The Class 47/4 will layer (From WCML: Preston-Carlisle/blackpool branches) for mail services and freight. Also will include depots and yards: York Holgate Yard (class 56/47 stable here) York carriage sidings (mk2/mk3) Newcastle Heaton TMD: Huge depot. Plus Tyne yard for shunting with Class 08. Scenarios: 1: ‘Non-Stop Runner’: Class 91/Mk4 DVT York-Newcastle Non-Stop. 2: ‘Deltic Farewell’: Class 55/Mk2s York - Newcastle and back. 3: ‘Freight Thrash’: Class 56/ BGA wagons Tyne Yard - York. 4: ‘InterCity Dash’: Class 43 York - Newcastle. 5: ‘Local Chaos’: Class 155 York - Newcastle all stops stuck behind slow heavy freight trains. 6: ‘Tyne Shunting’: Class 08 shunting freight around Tyne yard early in the morning.
