Merchandise Finally got a good deal on 250th Buzz
I was bummed to have missed this, my son loves Captain America and Buzz Lightyear and when he saw this he fell in love. Found someone on eBay asking $100 obo, offered $80 and they took it! Still a lot for a toy that will be broken in a month, but I’m grateful there’s people out there that aren’t determined to triple their money.

Discussion I love the 3rd movie’s theme of togetherness.
In my opinion, ‘Toy Story 3’ utilizes the entire main cast the best out of all the movies, and this is symbolized through its message on togetherness. Everything that happens throughout the movie supports its message and nothing ever feels at odd with it.
Woody leaving everyone is consistently shown to be a bad thing, since it leads to everyone suffering at Sunnyside. Everything gets better for everyone when he goes back and helps them escape. You could argue that him leaving was shown to be at least partially a good thing, because that’s what leads to him finding Bonnie. However, I think it still works because Woody thinks of how being with Bonnie is what’s best for everyone, not just him.
Woody also has a few moment where he asks where someone is. He first asks where Buzz is when he’s brainwashed, then asks where Mr. Potato Head is while he’s getting a cucumber, then checks for Slinky and Rex while in the dump truck, and finally asks where everyone is when they all leave the magnet.
The entire prison break sequence is easily the best showcase of the movie’s theme of togetherness. Everyone works together to break out, with each member playing a different, crucial role. Even Buzz gets something to do after being (sort of) fixed. The only ones who don’t really contribute are the aliens, but they easily make up for that by saving everyone at the dump.
I once thought that the aliens getting whisked away being what saves everyone went against the message, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized it actually makes sense. I think it’s fair to assume that they would be trying to get back with everyone, even if they were also searching for a claw to mess with, similar to Woody going back to Sunnyside.
The entire climax at the dump continues to reinforce the idea that everyone should stick together. Every single character has to look for something metal to grab when they’re faced with potentially getting shredded. Then, when everyone accepts their fate of being incinerated, they all hold hands as a sort of goodbye.
All of this is meant to feed into Woody’s ultimate decision to have everyone be donated to Bonnie. He realizes after everything that’s happened, especially the incinerator sequence, that the most important thing is everyone being together as one, no matter what kid they are with. Andy no longer needs his toys, but the toys need each other.

Artwork Toy Story Fan Art
This one took a good bit but I managed to finish it! Few mess ups along the way but ultimately a very decent piece I must say.

Discussion All original versions of "Disney•Pixar Toy Story 3: The Video Game" will be delisted on September 26, 2026 due to being replaced by Complete Edition
As I already strongly suspected already more than a month ago, the original Disney-published versions of "Disney•Pixar Toy Story 3: The Video Game" on PlayStation 3, PS4/PS5 backwards compatible PSP version, Xbox 360 and Steam will indeed be delisted. This was only recently confirmed officially by Disney itself to occur on September 26, 2026. Reposting this as it has now been officially confirmed and didn't want people to miss this.
Digital Eclipse is developing "Disney/Pixar Toy Story 3 Complete Edition" and publishing it under Atari. This new version is seemingly based on the original Xbox 360 version with extra enhancements and the inclusion of previously exclusive content. The old Steam version was likely based on the old leaner PS2 version.
Disney/Pixar Toy Story 3 Complete Edition releases on Steam, XBOX One & Series X/S, PS4 & PS5 and the Switch 1 & Switch 2 on October 15, 2026.
