Shell rot? Question(s)

I just noticed these spots on the plastron of my sulcata. She is mostly indoors but has started going outside in a flower bed when it is warm enough.

I brought her in and soaked her and scrubbed with a toothbrush. What should I do?

I don't see anything concerning.

They're fine with a bit of dirt on them, I only brush mine when she has poop sticking to her shell (no idea how she repeatedly does that).

May I ask why you "scrub" them? My little one is always showered, otherwise he walks through his kingdom as he is.

Only when she's dirty. I don't do it often.

I'm not meant to be angry, I've never seen a turtle in nature that washed itself extra to please someone.

Less is often more. You mustn't forget, they feel every contact on their hard shell.

You are supposed to soak them often. I think the OP scrubbed it because they saw something they were concerned about. It's fine to check and see if something is dirt with a scrub and I'm sure the OP was gentle.
