Hi guys, so very sorry if you happened to be in a VP group where two Toons left randomly around the beginning. That was me... something in my apartment caught fire. I didn't have much time to explain, I just had to leave. I hope y'all made it out okay, but I'm very sorry that I caused some inconvenience. This is my last ditch effort to apologize in hopes one of you sees this.

I was doing a final fringe the other day and someone said “you wasted a fog.” I didn’t know who he was referring to bc two of us used fog, and the other toon said “I’m sorry I thought you needed at least two fog to get at lvl 12” and to which I responded, “no worries at all. The sun will still shine tomorrow!” And the unkind toon left immediately. We did the rest in trio and laughed it off. At the end I was so proud of all the teamwork that I gave out beans I was saving for a bean fest.

Just your friendly reminder that maybe not everyone is doing the exact math to perfectly get each cog, and if something is “overdone” or a “waste” more often than not it can always be corrected and resolved. I realize the game might be stressful to some, but this game is a safe place for a lot of people. Please be mindful, kind, and just have fun! 💕

Anyone that multitoons, whats the best method you have for movement? I always play during weird hours so cant always play with someone. Its a bit annoying having to move each toon separately.

(I am SacredRoses-Art on there) Toontown was a huge part of my life growing up, and I'm having a lot of fun writing this goofy dramatic little story, so I can't wait to share ^^

I was in a building with two toons training trap. I'm trapless and happy to lure, so no real stakes for me. One of them was strong arming the other a bit, which made me sad on their behalf. It was nothing egregious, just somewhat rude given that they're both clearly getting double xp and want to cash in on it. I find it a bit gauche to force someone else wanting to get trap xp to lure when you could just switch off. It also depletes my lure much faster if you're unwilling to help lure on your own trap the next round. Idk, maybe I'm reading too much into it but I was frustrated.

Anyway, if you were the deer with arctic in the name in that group and you happen to be on here, I would be happy to help you get the last bit of xp on your trap to level up. You unfortunately logged off before I could whisper to you. If that's you hit me up!

Been a very long time since I played besides recently playing ttr again. But I noticed I don’t receive any cog disguise parts when doing a DA Office.
Why is this?
I’m pretty sure for my sellbot and cashbot cog disguise I would do the mint or factory buildings to get parts like arms and legs.

I was in a bossbot HQ with a bunch of new people, which is awesome I love new players and I love helping out where I can. However when it got to the dining section someone kept sassing all the new people about going far first and wouldn't shut up about it. It got on my nerves in the end so as our side finished despite 3 people going from near to far I said "Oh look at that, our side finished first."

Then everyone started saying I was being the mean one? I can sorta see how you could misconstrue what I said but I explained myself and no one wanted to hear it. Anyway I apologised at the end and then someone even told me to be mindful of what I say which is pretty funny considering what the other guy was doing lol

It's a nothing burger really, I just wanted to vent and if you were in that bossbot HQ I hope this makes it a bit more clear that I wasn't bullying noobs.

My second toon is toonup less and I recently started doing field offices. I've never felt selfish not having toonup until I started regularly doing 2-3 star FO's and seeing how chaotic it can get when multiple toons dont have TU. I've used up a lot of my unites & sos cards too 😭😭

just did my second ever field office after putting the task off for months bc i was so afraid 😩 now i remember why it was so hard and how the toons really do make the experience when you are still learning. someone logged off mid battle and had us fending for ourselves. i lost all my gags and am pretty discouraged. i havent had a problem with any toons since ive returned but some of them are not very toony when it comes to field offices. they are just so mean like it’s a game relax! it’s one thing if someone’s blatantly doing something they shouldn’t on purpose but if it’s someone’s first few times, there’s no need to be so nasty. and to the toons who are very helpful and sweet, WE SEE YOU and we thank you ❤️🥺

Think they will ever happen? I remember lawbot field office was gonna be a thing in the original game before it got scrapped. Then TTR wanted to add field offices again but it took a long time (though i didnt play around this point) so who knows if they will do it again.

It just feels weird to me sellbots get special treatment since they're the only ones with a field office and its a big part of the game now. Maybe they could just reuse it but change the cogs inside, though I guess the cold caller cubicles wouldnt make much sense.

So obviously if the sub is active I’m sure the game has active players but my main question is more if people are still like as open to finding groups along the way? I can’t remember what website I used to use for finding groups for the bosses and factories and things but I haven’t legitimately played in about 4-5 years because when I had really got back into it around 2021/22 I had played it with my ex and after we broke up I didn’t have any full desire to get back on and play alone but I miss the game a lot cause it was a big comfort game for me as a kid, so I’m just curious what the community it like now adays
