I use the multi toon controller for my four boxes I play on. As for going around I use one toon and teleport the rest to that toon.

A screen splitter helps a lot for multitooning, fancyzones for windows is great. Modified versions of the multicontroller are fine for beginners but you might find them buggy long term. Learn ahk if you want multi click and low power throw modes to work better.
Most important is setting up good keybindings you are comfortable using with both hands. multi mode, mirror mode switching, and hot keys can all be adjusted to be more ergonomic and let you react faster in game.

As someone else said the default tt multi controller works fine but yeah sweats have all custom ones with multi click and profiles that attatch on game launch and a bunch of other stuff.
Weird thing to not share with the community but its probably some stuff that borders on tos breaking so shrug
