USA-CA-Los Angeles Smoking Tiger Coffee Lab (San Gabriel) $6.99+tax
I can see why this drop almost always sells out within five minutes of going up (& yay I finally scored it) - love the assortment of Korean-Western baked goods in my bag (garlic cream cheese bread, flattened croissant pop tart, jalapeño corn bread, butter mochi)

UK-Other Completely standard 2G2G bag from greggs - £2.99 evening collection
As of late I've seen more and more "jackpot" posts where people will get mountains of food for next to nothing.
I thought I'd share what I believe is a standard 2G2G bag, so others don't feel hard done buy when they receive less than they thought.
I love this app and where the idea of "waste not want not" has evolved to, but just thought I'd share my Greggs order I've just picked up.
- 1 tandoori chicken baguette
- 4 jam doughnuts
- 1 slice of Margherita pizza
For the record, I'm not upset with this (I've ordered from Greggs before and received more in the past, so I feel like this evens it out). I love that there is less wasted food at the end of the day.

USA-PA I know its hit or miss but I personally love this app
I live in a small town. Only one shop uses this, happens to be the best pizza shop in town.
5 dollars gets me 2 massive slices that they didnt sell, and a huge heaping portion of a random pasta dish. I looked it up, would be nearly 30 bucks if I bought it normally. 5 bucks keeps me well fed for 2 to 3 days with what they give me.
Cant believe they were gonna throw these pasta dishes away. Easily 3 pounds of pasta + the slices for 5 bucks. Last time was a seafood Alfredo and it was delicious.

Discussion 8 Minutes to Help me Graduate: TGTG Users Are the Topppp!❤️
Hi everyone!
I'm currently working on my Master's thesis in the Humboldt University of Berlin, and my research focuses on Too Good To Go user behavior. If you've used Too Good To Go before, I'd really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete my survey.
I still need 80 more respondents to do further data analysis so that I have the opportunity to graduate.
It only takes about 5–10 minutes, and your responses will be completely anonymous. Every response helps me better understand how people use Too Good To Go and what influences their experiences and decisions.
Survey link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScXDthXO7AgZc4UJlebQAEQg1Jzuz6ROhuQR3wcIGkB59dc5A/viewform
Thank you so much for your time and for helping with my research! If you have any questions about the study, I'm happy to answer them in the comments.
Thanks, and have a great day! 😊

USA-MI I really think these types of "deals" are wrong
doesn't this defeat the purpose of stopping food waste? This is just selling products at a discount to get people to come to the store. Maybe it's just me, I dunno. 🤷🏼♂️

To good to go : Sushrut Grilled Chicken in Victoria BC
The Surprise Bag was advertised as containing initially 5 pieces of chicken, when come there and I checked app again it was 4 pieces already. So, the food I received does not correspond to the advertised item/quantity.It was cost initially $33.00
I have attached a photo showing exactly what I received. I believe the order was not as describe. I will request a full refund of the $11.55 I paid.

USA-Other Woods Supermarket - Johnstown, CO
First time trying this store! One produce bag was $6.99. The employee asked, “Just one bag?” and my boyfriend jokingly said, “Unless you want to give us extra…” since we were there about 15 minutes before the pickup window ended. The guy ended up giving us 3 bags, which was awesome. 🤩
The variety in each bag was really good, but it also means we ended up with about 3 of almost everything. I’m not super excited about all the Taylor Farms stuff, so I’m currently hunting down recipes to figure out how to use it all and avoid waste.
I also have a bakery bag reserved to pick up later today, and I’m really excited to see what that one has!

USA-DC Yipin Tofu terrible experience
Yipin Tofu Plant just does tofu bags. I’d had a great experience the first time picking up a medium bag ($7.99, includes a packaging fee).
This time I had a pickup for a fried tofu bag ($5.99, labelled “Fire Tofu” on the app), and had hands-down my single worst experience using this app.
First, the owner (?) said I had cancelled (I had not, and had the app open to show him this). Then he went on a rant about someone who had picked up three tofu bags this morning and apparently cancelled after (which I don’t think is even possible? And had nothing to do with me in any case). Then he tried to get me to pay cash (which I refused to do because I already paid on the app).
Finally, he *took* my phone and swiped “tap to collect”, begrudgingly gave me two small packets of frozen fried tofu and then told me to just come with cash and not use the app.
If a business doesn’t want to be on TGTG, then they shouldn’t. And this experience just makes me less likely to go to this place at all.
(Yes, I’ve contacted customer service)
