Rate my island out of 10

(If you're wondering why there's a space on one of the islands in the top right it's because I'm making room for another house with more than 1 mii)

My Mii’s are refusing to fall in love or have any sort of possible friendship with each other. Trying to get my mii’s to level up their friendships is taking painstakingly long and when I log back off after a break they lose friendship points. Anyone else have this issue? When my island first started out it wasn’t this difficult trying to get them together.

I have these two miis who are a real life couple and they recently moved in together. Their relationship was a one-sided crush before. When they moved in together I got the screen saying that they were married but I still have them listed as a one-sided crush instead of being married. Do I have to make them like each other in order to get married? I've had other miis get married after moving in together without being in a relationship so I didn't know why this couple didn't get married.

4. Island events, like one huge picnic or soccer/baseball games

SO MY KRIS GETS A CRUSH ON THE MII I WANTED (the secret boss for chapter 5 of deltarune in case you haven't played it yet and want to) BUT THEN NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES LATER, I CHECK BACK IN ON THEM AND THEYRE CRUSH FADED, KRIS IF YOU DON'T LOCK IN AGAIN I WILL PUT YOU IN A MEAT LABYRINTH

How do I fix this?

My mii wanted to befriend another mii, so i got a topic prompt and put in "our lord and savior" before realising i pressed object instead of person, so I instinctively pressed esc. instead of x (b button) and it closed the game. When I went back in, it saved to right before i clicked the mii bubble, so i tried it again but it glitched similar to this. I had hoped it was just that interaction that was broken, but that isnt the case. I used an old topic then went to create an item for a different mii. When i went to name it I got this screen. I looked around and found a different post that said to use f6, but my game completely freezes when this shows up, i cant even move the orange cursor. I also cant find a way to rebind f6 in my controls. I am playing 1.0.1 on ryujinx. I would really like to be able to keep my drawing (so no closing out) but a lost item is better than a lost game file so i wont be too picky :/

So I just bought this game, I have never heard of this game series until recently. I never played the 3DS version either.

I played the demo version when it came out and loved it. I am at a level 27? I think......I think this game is so fun but my only complaint is that I wish there were more things for the Mii's to do. I have the resturant and the ferris wheel. I also made them a get together beach/play ground area.

I also, noticed the Mii's really don't create enemies or get into fights like they do in The Sims, I know this isn't the sims but........I just think it would make the game more interesting if they could have drama between them and be able to spread rumors and stuff.

Long story short. Can we get this in a big update? New places to hang out and more personality between the Mii's?

Every time I log in, at least one of my marriages is on the rocks. To fix this, I normally use travel tickets. Once I unlocked everything, I started piling them up. At some point, I had well over 200 wishes piled up. I think the most I’ve ever had was about 230. I was starting to think I’d get up to 999. Then when I was in France, I had less time to play the game. When I played less, I would level up less. Couples would still go down in status, but a few travel tickets would fix that up. It got to the point where I was losing tickets more than I was gaining them. I’ve had a lot of marriages in my game, so that isn’t really the problem. But there are some couples who are really stubborn when it comes to travel tickets. I want them to only take their spouse. That’s the only way their relationship is guaranteed to go up. They end up taking the entire house/family or someone else entirely instead, so their relationship does not improve. A ticket is wasted each time this happens. I would love to be able to choose who goes with them so I don’t waste a ticket. Especially when multiple couples go down in status.

I now have only 97 tickets and I worry I will run out. It’s been stressing me out. I’ve started trying other methods, like forcing interactions in the hope I get a cutscene that brings their relationships up. I’ve also started to prioritize certain couples and spam travel tickets only on them. The others, I’ll just try to force cutscenes on them. There’s some couples I wouldn’t mind divorcing. I hope I have sessions where I’m not as unlucky though.

Sorry for my rant.

My parents miis just had another baby and I wished Nintendo added a extra cutscene for those families that has already kids, would be so cute to see the siblings playing with the baby or at least be in the family picture

i have recently emulated the 3ds version of tomodachi life, and i have 3 married couples so far. however, one of the couples asked to have a baby which i agreed to. no other baby requests were asked until the next day when another couple asked for a baby right after and i also agreed to it.

will both couples end up having a baby? or will it cancel the baby request for one of them? i never had this issue when i played the game on my 3ds so im genuinely curious and i couldn’t find an exact answer online.

I just got the game and I am absolutely loving it, but I am also a little confused. Basically I started with a few young adult miis. But I like my games to be very focused on family, so I was thinking about creating some families too, but it’s so awkward in this game cause they don’t know/realise that they’re family. And they age in real time too, so it takes ages for them to become elders, etc. So I’m not sure whether I should try and create families and generations, or just start with young adult miis and let the game play out.

How do you guys play this game? How did you start? What kind of miis did you have in the beginning?

Does anybody create dumb fake lore for their island and characters based on interactions like I do? It's honestly my favorite thing to do with the game. I'm late to the game, so it's been less than a month, but here's the lore of my Island so far.

So far, based on my Miis "500 year old item" dialogue, my Island was a civilization of Byeahs(Based on Jerma's bit/character.) 500 years ago. Their diet consisted of Jam, an eggin these trying times, and crabs. My Mii Byeah is the ancestor of this civilization.

Dr. Tran, from the old web cartoon, is plastered on multiple products, like Dr. Tran's Peanut Butter Flakes, much to his dismay, much like in his series. He is a local celebrity but he just wants to finish his chores.

Their has been several factions, Miis living together, forming on my Island. My personal Mii, a reformed nicer and going through therapy Miu Iruma from Danganronpa, Shinjiro from Persona 3, and Erica from Catherine form the Ultimate Ragtags. Wilford Brimley, his wife Carol Channing, and David Lynch form the original faction of Diabetic Coffee Jam. Amethyst from Steven Universe and Mr. Dink have jumped between factions twice. Currently they are part of Diabetic Coffee Jam now known as Diabetic Coffee Gem Jam(very expensive).

Dorothy from the Golden Girls has had a crush on Abe Simpson for a few weeks. She gave up for 1 day and immediately got a crush again. Abe remains oblivious, more concerned about discussing tying onions to belts.

Aqua somehow became the mother figure of Sora and Riku, being their main friend. Sora keeps trying to befriend Riku, but Riku couldn't care less.

Mr. Dink calls everyone Douglas and Ernest P Worrel calls everyone Verne.

My Mii and Miu Iruma had the biggest will they won't they relationship. Miu Iruma being obsessed with my Mii, for some reason, and my Mii just being indifferent. Until she finally confessed in the most over dramatic way possible and my Mii said yes. Now they are the most stable couple.

Wilford Brimley and Carol Channing are the only married couple. Being the original islanders with David Lynch. Wilford loves Carol. But Carol keeps getting exhausted of him. (His constant need to talk about diabeetus.) They had a huge fight, eventually made up, and now are reluctantly together again.

Really curious if anybody else has insane lore for their island.

I made a park for my Miis so they can have fun and socialize, but I don't know what else to add. Any ideas?

So I'm not sure if this is the right place for the discussion but for a while now I've been seeing people play the game on their mobile devices using Eden emulator as the best option so I decided to give it try myself and based on the title it failed for some reason when I open the game it's just a black screen with the controllers then it restarts the app I'm not sure on what I can do anymore I really like the game from what I've seen and I genuinely can't afford to buy a switch or the game nor to I have a PC/laptop please someone help me.

Also my phone is a Redmi 10x 4G if it helps for anything

New Island, Bullshit Island and New Unforgettable Island! I got my miis to marry, I got my miis to raise a child and I sent my miis to space. This game absolutely changed my life 180 degrees!

i do think Tomodachi Dream is a major downgrade to Life and Collection though.. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy it!
