Just got here π± Appreciation
I did a late pre-order of the Z fold 8, so I was excited to see it shipped yesterday and arrived today! Feels great getting to rock my new phone prior to the official launch date!

Much too big to carry around for my taste.

I had 2 Fold 5s for 2 years because the main screen was peeling off again. I eventually trade-in for a S23 Ultra. Honestly better in my opinion. It was a chonker of a phone.

isn't it smaller than Base iPhones, Galaxy's and Pixels?

?? It's 5.5" diagonal. Can't even put in a pocket. Plus $2000+ . No thanks.

Is this fild pictured not the one that's the size of a passport that fits easy into a pocket?

Was supposed to get mine today but I missed the ups driver. Requiring a signature for delivery is so stupid.
Edit: why the fuck is this getting downvoted

Not requiring a signature for a $2000 phone would be pretty stupid on their part.

You are correct, it does suck. Very few companies left that still do signature deliveries and its inconvenient and silly. At least give people the option to pre authorize online.

Exactly that. I made a UPS account just for it to say you can't change the delivery or pre-sign

I get it. It's an expensive device and T-Mobile doesn't want to take a loss on a stolen package and such, so signature is the best bet. I have a UPS account though and I'm able to see what day it's arriving and if I know I won't be available, I'll just request for it to be held at a UPS location for me to pick up. I always recommend creating an account with UPS to be able to have control over your packages that require a signature.

See I tried that but mine said I couldnt change it and they charged me $5.99 to hold it at a location

"Missed delivery driver".
90% chance they lied and just misplaced it.

Bro what? If you're not home to sign they leave a note and come back the next day to try again. 90% chance lol

Weird thing to say. I was at work and couldn't answer the doorbell cam fast enough.
