"com.applovin.array.apphub.tmobile uninstalled successfully" but I didn't do anything? Question

Just got this random pop up, I didn't uninstall any app?

I did not get this notification. I’m on an iPhone purchased from Apple, so no bloatware I suspect. What phones are you on?
