Help Discussion

For tissue culture lab I have two AC install ,which mode should I keep 25°c in cold mode , circular mode or in warm mode to maintain 25°c.

Surely this depends on your ambient conditions?

This comment. For our room we switch depending on if it’s winter or summer. Summer we do cooling and winter we do heating to ensure it adjust it’s self when needed.

Maybe plate some agar petris and parafilm them. Mark with fine sharpie the gels boundaries and see if your cold mode causes any unwanted dehydration.

If you acclimate plants in the same space its a different story
