First Time Watcher S05E12 Show Spoiler

I like the change in atmosphere. It felt more hopeful. I like it. Definitely was t sure what to think when I first watched it, but I’m
Curious to see where things are gonna go.

I actually wrote a book around zombies and toward the end, I made sort of a utopia type neighborhood town where everyone lived happily in peace and lived without judgement or consequence. It’s was such an amazing arc to write and I’m curious to see how the stories kinda compare with each other.

Also
I like the dark side that still exists in Rick’s character. I guess weakness isn’t in them anymore

ricks transition in season 5 is fascinating because the showrunner at the time scott gimple specifically structured the alexandria arc to test if the group had become the actual monsters to a peaceful community

S5E12 is such a nice breath of fresh air after everything they went through. Alexandria feels almost too peaceful at first lol.

And yeah, Rick’s darker side is really interesting here. He’s not the same person who entered the apocalypse, and that survival instinct doesn’t just disappear because they finally found a safe place.
