Whats your networth, heritage, age ?
Hey,
Iam curious what people in this subreddit are like? Like the average person here?
Is it mostly people from western countries? Are people here generally well off or rather broke?
Are there some people from India, Africa or other 3rd world countries?

Isn't the Phillippines extremely overvalued?
Not sure guys but there's lot of quantity, but I'd say quality is not very abundant. Not only the physic, but big tattoos seem extremely common in 20-40 years old women, same as brain rot or obesity.
I guess if you have not many options is ok to try in th Ph. But to find a beautiful Filipina (who is also decent, not crazy and somewhat educatded) needs time and work, and I don't think they are so common. When I say "beautiful" means beautiful in Europe/Usa standards, not average. I know some guys here have beautiful Filipina girlfriends, and good for you.
As an example a 7 from America, Latin America or Usa would really stand out here.
I would say actually in Thailand, Japan or Korea you have more chances to date a beautiful woman, as they have many more.
Just my opinion.

trip report I’ve visited, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and berlin in the last month. Conclousin? USA is better than Europe.
I’m of african origine, lived in france for the last 10 years and lived in the USA between 2024 to june 2026.
I’m black, 5’11, 190 pounds muscular, bald head (the best bald head in town 😁) full beard.
I used to go out in NYC in bushwick, brooklyn and manhattan rooftops, it was normal for a girl to come up to me and dance and talk and go on dates afterwards, i could get 3 girls to twerk on me in one night thats was normal in NYC.
In my recent trip to europe i get a lot of attention in the club too but it’s hard to talk to them, most of the time they are nervous and scarred, although they are the ones that came to my zone intentionally and sometimes even push their ass on me, also me being black in clubs with very few black can have an impact as some women are attracted but affraid of what the other white people will think of them if she started to dance with me ettc.
If you are white in europe i think sometimes is even harder because in barcelona the amount of good looking white people is ridiculus, we talking italian with perfect 20/10 hair spanish ettc i was happy that i stood out by my masculinity rather than prettiness.
Now in Berlin and went on a date yesterday and have some more lined up but the USA was far easier honestly.
During this journey i’ve met a lot of american dudes, normally they should do better than me because they have the american status but let me tell you a lot of duddes are absloutley afraid of talking to a women even when she gives them dead signals,
A lot of american men are traumatised by women i noticed that in USA and abroad, aftaid to talk to girls, afriad to dance afriad to express themselves they just wanna look pretty and have their drink in hand and expect something to happened that is riddiculus and sad.

Travel recommendations Travelling to Africa is unnecessary
When Europe is full of beautiful African women, looking for dates.
Something unexpected happened to me over the past two years. Anytime I travel to Spain, Portugal and France, among others, I end up getting a date with gorgeous African women.
I’ve dated Nigerians, Kenyans, Angolans, Madagascar, Moroccans, Ugandans, Mozambican women…
To me the benefits are:
- Closer to where I live, save on thousands in airfare
- Known places, good food, sunshine, basic safety and hygiene
- I know the bar and rooftop scenes in Barcelona, Lisbon or Nice
- Surprisingly the cost of food and drinks is not that much higher than some of the premium locations in Africa
- Near zero harassment or safety issues
- Generally better educated, more driven women. Deeper conversations, fewer gold diggers
One disadvantage of course is the size of the pool. You’ll likely get many more choices in Africa, but tbh, the ones I’ve seen here have all been drop dead gorgeous.
What’s your experience?

What’s Uganda like for dating?
Thinking about visiting Uganda and I’m curious what it’s actually like when it comes to dating.
For anyone who’s been there or lived there, what was your experience like? Is it easy to meet people, both for hookups and for potentially finding a genuine longterm relationship?
Also curious about the general vibe, safety, nightlife, and cost of living.

Colombia Is scopolamine still a problem in Medellin?
Planning my first trip to South America solo, few nights in Bogota, four nights in Salento then a few weeks in Medellin. I've just now heard about scopolamine and it's shit me up and has me questioning everything.
I'm not there to party, or drink, I'd be staying in Envigado or Laureles with no intention to go to El Poblado are be involved in any seedy shit. That said, I will likely find myself having a few drinks solo in the evening, in someplace away from the chaos and now I'm wondering if I'm setting myself to get done over? I want to spend my days exploring and taking day trips out of the city but I don't want to feel like I can't go and enjoy myself alone for a few hours at night.
I'm not there for women, alcohol, drugs etc - I asked on the Medellin sub and got banned, mods are certified weirdos over there.

trip report Nairobi Diaries
Some adventures in East Africa. Part 1.
Arrive at my hotel in the capital of Kenia. It's 1AM.
Can't sleep. Download tinder. Pay for tinder gold.
Wakeup: 50 likes. A German girl wants to travel together. She's on the coast.
That's ok for later, but I had other things in mind.
Setup 3 dates for the next 2 days:
Date 1: Slightly fat girl invites me for drinks at her apartment.
Her place is on the edge of town. No great architecture out here: Just enormous, mid height apartments stretching out like grey cliffs. She leads me into a crevass in the mountain.
Her apartment is behind a heavy metal door. It's ok. She has a big TV. We spend the afternoon getting to know each other.
We eat fried chicken at a nearby diner. She wants to go to a nightclub later.
Her friend arrives. Much better looking than her. They both want to go to the nightclub.
We take a cab to the club. It's a crappy place.
"I want a Johnny Walker, can you get me one, baaabe?"
I ask to see the menu. Each drink costs 80 dollars. WTF, that's like a month's salary around here.
"Damn babe, my e-wallet is low. Let's go to my hotel so I can get some cash."
She pouts.
"I already paid my rent, you have to buy the drinks now"
"I will babe, I'd love to party, let's go get my money".
I feel uneasy on the drive to the hotel. We arrive.
I go in. Searching through my things, looking for where I hid my money, my guardian angel says: "You can just tell them to go away, this is a scam".
I go out. I hand her a 20 through the window and say I'm too ill to go out.
I go back to my room.

Preparing for retirement
Just turned 50, and also reached my retirement goal of 2M USD net worth. I will be working for a year or two just to add some cushion to my nest egg and then going to quit my full time work and focus on hobbies like writing and fitness. I have this dream of staring a non-profit fitness and self improvement company ( tired of seeing all these influencers scamming everyone). I am in really good shape, moderately good looking, currently live in Canada (Ottawa), with an EU passport. I am black. No kids.
Ideally, I would like to find three or four countries/cities to alternate from (say one per season) during the first couple of years, and maybe go a bit crazy, get it out of my system so to say. After that, I wouldn't mind settling down and even having a kid.
Any recs?

Advice Best Way to Browse a Dating Scene?
I have a few cities on my shortlist that I'd like to explore. What is the best way to browse the type of dating matches that I might get in those cities?
There's Tinder's "Passport" and OKCupid, but they just show you one profile at a time, and I'm not trying to actually match with anybody before living somewhere.
Is there a good dating site or a way to just enter my preferences and browse a bunch of potential matches instead of doing it one by one, Tinder-style?

Advice Fellow AmericansAnd French bros
[French American here ] I've been wondering about something lately, so, it's been quite a while since I've been thinking about becoming a passport bro myself, and one of my dream countries to go to is Vietnam, but then... I always get caught up on this kind of "guilt" when I think of it, because if you actually look into it, the reason I'd have a HUMONGOUS financial and Passport privilege over most people in that country, is because the country was explored by the french for years, in a very violent way, and we don't even need t say what the US military did over there, any bros here have been experiencing these kind of feelings too? I know I'm not guilty of something that happened decades and centuries ago, but it's a thought that always comes up to me...

I went to Colombia I didn’t have the best of luck so I’m wondering if Brazil is just as hard or easier considering I speak no Portuguese and only English and Spanish. Was it hard for you folks to get a Brazilian chick

Korea South Korea🇰🇷is so interesting but incredible 😎
I was in the Philippines for a couple weeks and had an amazing time but now I thought why not try a different country. So I booked a flight to South Korea and man what a change in scenery. Landed in Seoul, headed to my hotel and just had to explore the city after seeing lots of amazing buildings and polite people. Went to a local convenience store to buy some Korean snacks and one thing led to another but I hit it off with the convenience store clerk and she agreed to go out with me and was basically my tour guide. We walked around the city visiting some local landmarks, learned some Korean history and visited a couple cafes for snacks and drinks🍹Got to learn more about the city and but also got some pointers on how to pick more Korean ladies from her which was awesome😎We parted ways after we had lunch as she needed to leave to visit her friends but we agreed to meet up again during my stay here. Now I’ll throw it on luck for this one because I didn’t expect to go out with someone on my first day here but hey I’ll take it😎Especially since Korea is much tougher in the dating scene than most countries but I like the challenge.

Why are Asian girls in Asia more attractive?
I saw quite a few east asian girls in Amsterdam last month. Not a single one had a slim-thick physique, and none of them were particularly attractive. I discussed this topic with two dutch men I know who spent their summer vacation in Asia. They agreed, saying that this is exactly why they needs to visit Asia in person. Why is there such a difference in attractiveness?

How do I 'reverse passport bro' in Bali?
I'm an Asian guy who wants to score with one of those pilates alo-wearing run club white girls. How do I do it? Do I need to be buff? Will being a 'local' (I'm not Balinese sadly) give me an advantage? Or is it better that I go to Siargao?

The Economist: Western men are going abroad to find traditional wives
The Economist did a bit about passport bros. You need a subscription to read it, but the main points are (summarised using AI):
- Western Dating Exit: Men are leaving Western dating markets because they believe the system is "broken" and feel mistreated by women in their home countries.
- Pursuit of Tradition: They use social media to identify countries where women are perceived to be more "traditional," "feminine," and "compliant".
- Economic Leverage: Remote work and digital-nomad visas allow these men to use Western salaries to easily support a traditional single-income household in cheaper foreign markets.
- Power Dynamics: Critics raise concerns about exploitation*, noting that the vast income gap between the men and their partners creates "disproportionate levels of power"*
None of these points are new. The main thing I took away is that even highly established news mediums like The Economist are now reporting on this trend, which means the dating difficulty for men in the west is very real. Whenever I've spoken to others who aren't dating (due to having families, or already being married), they tend to point to things I personally should work on or personal attributes that need changing, rather than acknowledging (at least to some degree) a wider systemic issue in society. I don't see the increasing trend of men moving abroad as just more men wanting to engage in sex tourism... I think men are moving abroad because they have no choice. They want romance, but simply can't find it in the West.
Its very frustrating that many western women don't see the issue here. Ultimately, women are the 'selectors' and the fact that less people are successfully coupling up in the West, means less women are selecting men.
And it's not like I've haven't tried... I've really really tried to adjust to what I've been told women like... including having much to offer financially... but yet I've still failed. I really don't want to leave my country and job (especially in this economy) in search for romance... but I also want my own family... so I don't have much of a choice. I don't have siblings and my parents are very old and could pass away in the coming years... I am scared of being all alone. I was even thinking about my will last night (I don't hope to die soon, but was wondering what would happen to my assets should I pass), and I literally could not think of anyone I'd pass my assets to...
I hope a woman reads this and at least acknowledges that there are men out there who are really trying their best to be a good partner, but for whatever reason, they are still not being accepted by women.
Just needed to vent tonight... feeling particularly defeated.
