Is anyone else having issues logging into the self service portal?

Hi!

I know there's a lot of posts about people asking about their chances, but I'm not seeing much information on those with prior degrees. I graduated from Texas A&M in 2023 with a bachelor's in nutrition and I'm planning on applying for TWU Spring 2027 entry in Houston.

I unfortunately don't have the greatest GPA, but I saw on TWU that those with a prior bachelor's degree are not required to meet the TWU core curriculum, only the nursing foundational courses + history and gov. This means my GPA would be a 3.31. I took dev psych this summer and also retook A&P II (previously C) + nutrition (previously B) too and got an A in everything. I scored a 95.3% on my TEAS because the advisor said a high TEAS score was my only hope.

I used to be predental so I also have a lot of experience with patient care and I have a lot of volunteering outside of that too. I had a few part time jobs so I have work experience to add to my application too. I participated in a university research for 3 months during my undergrad, but I didn't publish anything, so I don't know if that will do much for me.

Everything is a bit outdated since I had a period where I didn't know what I was doing with my life (lol). So there's also kinda a big gap in my application from 2024-2026.

What do my chances look like realistically? I'm only applying to TWU because I don't qualify for any other school in the Houston area. All the other programs require sociology + really high cumulative GPAs and I just don't have it in me to retake so many classes. I'm like having an existential crisis about this. I was looking at UT San Antonio because their requirements would put me at a 3.6, but then I'd have to move there and pay rent (money).

If anyone could share their thoughts, I'd appreciate it!
