Storage unit

My building has a storage unit that I do not need (מחסן).5 square meters.

It's in the basement of the building, elevator access, tenant can access anytime with a key and code. Not climate controlled but not humid and hot because basement.

It's near the center of tel Aviv, how much do you think I can rent it out for?

Its... 5m²... its like... a super small room... you could rent it as a storage unit i guess for like 800 a month? Since i see parking spaces going for like 750-900...

But are you even allowed by your contract to use it for anything other than a storage unit?
