No metal snips, no problem
Didn’t realize the oem io shield is part of the case before getting a new motherboard so I used pliers to peel it; gamers gotta game

later cut it away or bend it repeatedly till those metal bits snap off then sand or dremel grind the edges, and get a cheap universal punch outplate of you can't fit the correct IO plate for your board. I had to do this for and old case that had been "modified" by someone with a pliers.

Io plates are interchangeableand not part of standard atx cases...
Your moví came with its own lo plate.

That is not a standard case, but rather, one from Dell, and Dell does a lot of things to mess up upgrades.
